Nice little work around to reference Celestial Island’s opening instead of making a Celestial! (Personally, I think that opening is iconic)
I really feel as though a fright celestial would be based around fear as a whole. As such, it would be cool to see a representation of the fear of the unknown.

Idea for celestial: definitely would have a waterphone sound, such a cool and creepy instrument! I would imagine it to look kinda like those creepy cymbal monkeys, or something with big sharp teeth
I think the fright celestial would be based off of 5 different phobias to represent the single elements and the ethereal of fright island.
Ailurophobia (fear of cats)
Blennophobia (fear of slime)
Nyctophobia (fear of the dark)
Aurophobia (fear of gold)
and Chronophobia (fear of time)
it's design would be based off of a Cat which would represent Ailurophobia, it's skin would be all slimey to represent Blennophobia, It's eyes would be black with white pupils to represent Nyctophobia, it's horns would be golden to represent Aurophobia, and it would make not only steampunk noises to represent Chronophobia, but also have some small screams and some reverbed ambience. it would also be a distorted vocal and would play a Yaybahar with a wobbly effect to make it sound like the sound was recorded in an old television set. it's name would be "phobihar" which is a combination of phobia and the instrument the phobihar plays. the design details I said are only it's adult form. It's baby form would have lots of slime. the horns are small stubs, and it only has the bow so it has to use it's slime to make the sound. it's other feature remain the same. the elder version is a mashup of ALL of the phobias. I'm talking pyrophobia (fear of fire), claustrophobia (fear of tight spaces), trypophobia (fear of holes), etc. It would not only be a cat, but also a centipede since you were wanting to go for a centipede design. This celestial would be more powerful than the other celestials. And since there's only 12 celestials and 12 months, this monster would require all of the celestial island monsters to be unlocked.

I would've made the Fright element represent "Phobophobia" or fear of being afraid

Make the celestial similar to Theremind. Like theremind combined with clackula.
It'll have a zombie-like appearance, and will have the ability to make 2 Mammott skulls clack around in mid air. I think that'll be a good idea.
It might have a name like Zamborr, Zombore, something like that.

The Fright Celestial is just a Tan Old Bald Humanoid Grandpa Creature with a White Beard and Eyebrows, Skinny Limbs and a Brown Rope Dress, No Eyes, and it’s Lip like Mouth with Teeth Opens Up To Reveal A Single Eye and it plays a Quiet Synth Bass Sound from It’s Wavey Purple/Black Pupil.
This honestly looks really cool and I can't wait to hear the full song!

Hear me out: for the fright celestial, base it somewhat off of The Eye (an entity from The Magnus Archives) or The Spiral (also a TMA entity, feel free to do research on those) :D that would be SICK!
I think the celestial should have a harmonica sound and it could be a spider with each of the square holes on it’s legs
I was thinking for the celestial it would have multiple eyes that would play an arp, it could have semi realistic teeth, long spindly legs and it could have a freakishly long body that plays the bass synth.

I think the celestial idea would make it scary would be basically A skull and it has bandages all over it it’s kind of has some parts on him like bones legs and other things that are attached to him and it’s design and he plays his sound so basically he crackles his bones and then he kind of sounds like an old voice kind a like Glacier but a little deeper and its design I said it looks like a skull it kind of has a pattern on it and some cracks and basically its body is basically melting into the floor but its body keeps it up because of the legs bones and the arm bones in the other bones that holds and stabilizes the monster and there’s cracks all over its body and the bandages are all over the body they’re really colorful bandages and I think it would name it is Skuit
A celestial would have been nice, but this is also a creative and amazing looking title logo as well

For the fry island's celestial. I think it should be a bed with a monster underneath with one part in the song, showing its final form while beating on the bed.

If there’s a celestial for the Fright Element, I think it should definitely be an eldritch abomination beyond comprehension. Think of something that H P Lovecraft would make

I think the celestial should look like a mix between a human, a centipede, a squid, a trilobite, a spider, a scorpion, a crab, a lobster, the wublins, and all the already existing scary msm monsters
Maybe the celestial could be a mixture of bugs like moths , scorpions , spiders , mantis , etc , sound wise I think it could be a xylophone or percussionist of sorts making noise by moving around with its legs , hope you like my idea !
A robot with rocks and crystals breaking out of it.
The robot will be skinny and long with one red eye on a circle head. It will walk on all fours with its sharp stick arms and legs. (don't forget the rust)
The celestial of fright could be named "guygt" and it would sing "gee yuook dah dyagdum" it would have 10 mouths and it would be similar to glaisure. And it'd have tentacles and feathers, and a body similar to glaisure.
I think it might be a rabid rabbit who is dressed in a smart suit and pulls an OTOMATONE! out of his hat! I know he will be on vocals? But otomotone is very similar to the human voice. And I think you could depict it interestingly:3

Maybe the Celestial coulde be like those "Liminal Creatures", one of them that could fit well is just relistic human eyes and a mouth full of teeth. Maybe a workaround could do the job

Anyway for that celestal dude i would do some sort of trypophobia stuff with like holes and allat (perhaps with some limbs coming out of there (perhaps))
Personally I feel like the celestial we have are either simple or packed ton with cool references or detail I think it would be cool if the fright island celestial dug I totally the lore of the magical or the titans so something fairytale-ish or mystical could be cool!
i was thinking that for the celestial of void, it would be made out of void and it would make a synth wave noise and when it made it noise then lights would appear in the void that they are made out of and the lights will be brighter colors depending on the note

the celestial could be a fuzzy ball with 10 legs and 4 arms and it plays a slapaphone sound and its eyes have worms as the eyelashes
I want you to give it some Forlorn Hollows vibes then give it some large forearms and extremely hairy back legs, bare hands with claws on each the tip of the fingers and thumbs, add fangs and wings on it's arms similar to Count Spankulot from knd, some cloven hooves for feet and goat horns on its head, have it a didgeridoo with a strap on the back. And it's name is Jekryptevil. (Jeer {To make rude and mocking remarks, typically in a loud voice.} + Cryptid + Evil + Devil + The Jersey Devil)
