I find this more motivating to listen to while working out than music.
I'm 32 and have been to prison 3 times since being an adult and I've been to jail since I was 18 and even a kid I was in juvy. I'm a white male from a small town in OHIO of all places and I grew up reading Stephen King and watching George Carlin. I was an Atheist most of my young life tho I was raised in a family that went to church. I wish I would of found your work so much sooner Mr. PETERSON!!! You have changed my life for the better and now I read the Bible and Maps Of Meaning and am just blown away at all the years of knowledge at my fingertips.
I'm 34 years old. I'm just getting my life together. It's embarrassing. I wish I had this knowledge 10 years ago. Wish me luck as I redeem myself

I’m 36. Same boat. Looking in the mirror everyday. Evaluating every interactions and unfuckimg myself. It’s not embarrassing bro. We got this. We need to be our best selves. We can no longer fail God.

I think we need to be aware of the context, when someone else shares an experience. Some people want to relate, and tell you their life experience. Others want power over you. Learn to read their heart.
Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her
Yeah that's a difficult one. You are not alone tho, it's quite common especially nowadays. I can just Hope You will remember the good times and keep that with You. That was fairly recent, but You have to try Your best to not dwell in that feeling. Do something positive for Yourself, exercise, diet. You will find Love again. You just have to embrace that Love and keep that with You. I don't know Your background or anything with the relationship, best advice I can give is, to embrace and cherish what Love You felt and had and work on Yourself. You will find Love, don't let the negativity hurt You too much. God Bless You Man.

Being without sin is closely aligned to selflessness, which is opposite to the concept of taking care of oneself
@@ABG-fd8ur philosophical opinion noted. And we could argue about that all day. Because (1) Taking care of self and having selfless character are not opposites. (2) Taking care of self can mean taking care of the body. (3) Being unselfish does not mean neglecting or abusing the body.

Freedom from fear is the only real freedom. It doesn't matter how wealthy you are or how many friends you have if you're afraid. If you truly trust God in all circumstances you will begin to learn to not be afraid. The Bible says you will know the truth and it will set you free.

My problem Dr. Is that I am paralyzed by fear in trying different things, fear to fail. In the end I choose to not trust myself and continue in my routine of work. Problem is once I run out of $$ what will happen?
I've had this too and it keeps me from getting things done. I find that I have to just force myself through things and get things done. In the end that turns out to be helpful to motivate me in doing more.

Hi Motiation Core, constructive thought - this video has weird, dissonant music in the background that ends up being a bit off-putting and distracting to internalize the message. If you use music that sticks to major keys, it will help people internalize what is being said and achieve what your goal seems to be. Think casino sounds. There is a reason the slots play that major key music 24-7. It makes people feel good and more open to stuff. :)

Waters of your time need either to be escorted out of your life or, they get the hint it's time for them to exist your life.
Married once to a person whom after 6 years of marriage decided that a "manager" where she worked was better for her needs. Only to find out he's doing her and two others...bottom line...her choice, my gain. She was not a contributor to the meaning of marriage. Never married again only date twice, never again.
People that came into my circle where quickly removed so to speak when I noticed the constant trying to shame me for what ever off the wall reason. But, what I realized was they where deeply offended because of what I do for a living. It surface rather quickly. That's why almost always bow out out invitation to gatherings because sooner or latter someone will make a statement about me with what I do... I know right then and there every male that heard that will be deeply offended. Why ? Cause they are stuck in an office with a useless college degree rotting their lives away and I'm at any one given time 35K + feet in the air with a fantastic view...
