- A few months ago, we decided to check out everything that was going on in the newest development in Frisco Texas, Fields. But after some major announcements were released about Fields, we decided to come back. New ground has been broken in Fields Frisco and it will be here before you know it. So, in this update, we check out a few of the newest model homes in the brand new master-planned community as well as give you some of the updates on the Universal Studios theme park that will be right in the center of the development.
Fields Frisco will be one of the largest master-planned communities in all of North Dallas so check out this video to see what you can expect if you are thinking of calling this place home.

These prices are very reasonable to a national level luxurious community!
There is only one PGA headquarter in the USA. Universal Studio Frisco is the only one other than California, Florida and the world famous Las Vegas strips. How many Universal Studios in the world?
Maybe, another Mar-A-Lago which is closer to OLD PGA American headquarter should be built here!

Someone told me this - Frisco's Fields development is a new USA luxurious city ( city inside a city ) with multiple luxurious communities, not a new community like any other new communities in north Texas. Fields city has its own everything such USA unique PGA American headquarter (i.e. golf's silicon valley) plus high-end and rare-in-the-world Universal Studio theme park! Certainly, several extremely luxurious hotels!
That about sums it up!
Look in "older" hoods nearby... Trails in W Frisco...Heather Ridge is a gem....Lone Star Ranch...anything along Teel Parkway is a helluva lifestyle of 1/2 the price of the new developments....

Even in bay area, if there is a 5 star hotel planning to build in a neighborhood, a post is going to be placed to let everybody know proudly. The same thing happen in several other USA top hi-teck cities too. Then, everybody is going to purchase houses or lands near-by. I never see a community like Frisco fields with planned four 5 or 5+ star hotels plus a 7 star taylor-made paradise hotel and a hotel inside Universal Studio Kids Resort ( According to the reputation of Universal Studio, I believe that this hotel should, at least, 4+).

Looked in Frisco however those prices are crazy for the square footage. Even the higher priced ones the finshes were not great for paying close to a million and over million. Are they including Tornado shelters for those prices.

Prices are absolutely insane for what you get. Small azz lots, two-car garage. Who in their mind is buying these? Prices need to be less than half of what they are.

I gave suggestion to this fields community builder possibly building time-share condo for people like you so that you can share a condo with one or two people in the similar financial situation like you!

In San Fransisco Bay area, you probably can only find this cheap price in the central valley or Sacramental!

Omi PGA and TaylorMade would not build 5+ star and 7 star hotel resort here if "Location" is not the major reason!
People even identify 2024 Super Bowl Stadium by those words -
“Allegiant Stadium is located adjacent to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip”
Las Vegas Strip is the only other Universal Studio location being chosen besides Frisco.

I purchased a 4 BR 2.5 bath with an office and upstairs lounge for $300k off of Rockhill in 2018. I drive by these homes everyday. Do you really think the Frisco Fields homes sitting on 40 foot lots warrant a $750k-$800k price tag?

I don't think that (Maybe ) you can still find a condo or townhouse in Frisco by $300k now!
Maybe you can find a $300k house in a location next to Motel 6, not 5+ star and 7 star hotels!

Maybe becasuse noth Dallas or , maybe even Dallas metro area, has never had this size and national/world-level luxious community, builders mentioned in this Frisco's fields community development seem all USA top-notch builders like "who is who book", it is very difficult to say which builder has the best "bones" etc. It is like USA professional football teams, without playing-off games, how can you tell who is better among all those excellent national ( maybe world) level builders. Even the best all-time builder ( according to the report of Dallas news ) in Dallas metro area seems not even the best one among these USA/world who-is-who builders !
*Note - (just a joke) probably you can buy one from each builder and wait for 100 years to see which one has "bone" issue!
