A hopeful and dreamy loser ballad with a guitar sound that reminds a little bit of The Byrds. That she will be his again will probably remain a dream. Thx
@@rogbrown1965 Yes, Sir Rog, it certainly is. It takes my mind on a voyage to another place,, another time. Rod Argent, co-founder/keyboardist of the Zombies is recovering from a stroke. He has retired from touring, but not from music. Rod is one of my favorite keyboardists from the era. He's only a whippersnapper at 79. Cheers, me mate. Always good to hear from the Duke of Hollywood.
@@thomassmith8721 Thomas my good buddy. I'm the duke( not the Duke of earl!.) Sir duke was Stevie Wonder.Yeah sounds good Duke of Hollywood. Rod Argent has to rest awhile but hopefully he can return and Hold ( his) your head up.Can be a tough business this music lark. Some fall by the wayside but many more last the distance such as Mr Dylan who is doing an extensive European tour with many UK dates in the mix.Dale has a few tracks out so gonna get to em.! Cheers my good buddy and always good to chat. Sir Rog
@@rogbrown1965 John Wayne was known as "The Duke" David Bowie was known as "the thin white Duke" and there were The Dukes of Hazard. "Hold Your Head Up" is a great song by Rod's self named band Argent 1972. Oh yeah, there's also Duke Dale Duncan. Cheers, Mayor of the Sunset Strip

Leisurely, Midwest garage ballad that's similar to the Merseybeat sound, slightly reminiscent of Gerry and The Pacemakers" style.
