I have a feeling that if you bring the main Thai varieties of durian, grow them in Malaysia and let them ripen naturally without cutting them off the branches prematurely, these durians might even be better than the MUSANG kings, the black thorns, the red prawns and so on so forth. Seems like a growing number of Malaysian plantations are doing that now. Only time will tell.
I totally agree that if it is ripe naturally it will be a great durian. Currently in Malaysia farmers have plants but at a small scale. The taste is really good.
Indonesia have lots of land and old durian trees too...similar latitude with Pahang kl area...they should marcot MSW, BT all those current species onto their old trees.....but then Malaysia durian will take a hit
@@larryrun5287 hahaa that's why i said "main season". nowadays, the weather so haywire that even the fruit trees are confused when is the right time to flower/fruit, resulting to a number of mini seasons. I live near Mantin, we can find durian everyday for about 10 months in the last 12 months 😄
Durian Malaysia is one of the best..👍☺️
Malaysia Boleh!👍

Hahaha...you might be correct but Malaysian durian looks like no more seasons. Every corner has plant durian.😁
