What a time to come across this channel, you tube algorithm nailed it hahah, I just finished two sets of golf clubs on a 400 dollar budget for both in total including new grips, what a win hahah I polished and referbish them, and now there back on the course, what an awesome channel and amazing passion and got to Binge watch the range pickers playlist while paintfilling my new old clubs. Thanks for the inspiration and keep up the good content.
1 set was Wilson 1200 GE irons with thrifted cleveland wedges with goodwill found taylor made driver 3 wood 5wood , with grage sale pickups of a 1st gen two ball putter and td31 roll face putter with an acuity bag from the 90s
All for under 200
2 set PGA concept irons (red dot edition) came with wedges I picked up a jack nicklause golden bear lob wedge, warrior signiture series mallet putter and an anser putter, aswell as cleveland launcher 400 driver, taylor made 200 steel series 3 wood and a taylor made system 2 5 wood. Housed in a walter hagen bag all for under 200 bucks there's deels to be had just gotta hunt for them thanks for the inspiration.
Countless lives have no doubt been drastically improved as a result of Adventures in Golf and now Range Pickers. Take a bow chaps.

I absolutely love your videos. The concept is very interesting, but your delivery is what makes them so special. Also impressed with your club knowledge. I grew up playing golf in the era when so many of the clubs you discuss were made, the mid 60’s to today. There was a McGregor driver stamped with the letters LFF, that in it’s day was very collectible.
Pan over shot at 10:25 I finally saw another one! I picked up a Scotty caliente for 30 bucks about 7 years ago. Things so old it’s not even in the archives on Scotty Cameron’s website. Lovely old school mallet.

So many great golf memories watching this episode. I started playing golf when I lived in Portland and those clubs you bought were all the rage when I was there. The clincher for me was the talk about the iconic PDX airport carpet.

Something about Nike Golf, maybe it was because my childhood was in between the height of their equipment sales and Tigers run(also Rory emerging) but I’ve been buying/ selling & collecting it since I graduated and it’s been my favorite hobby aside from playing. & most of the Vapor product still stands with some of the best equipment today.
