That’s funny when you said good thing those buckets are tough, I always cringe when my guys grabs buckets like that. We all do it but hopefully carefully..😅 you guys are awesome Jeff!
Mr dirt sir as always i enjoy the sounds and the smells as far as opening mail i appreciate it , its like all off us sitting around and visiting with you ,wish you well and travel safe my friend
Great video Jeff glad to see the Galion Crane getting tested and used. Got some gremlins to work out. Looking forward to your next video stay safe Jeff.
Every upcoming crane video I half expected that head to come off the engine to fix that miss. 😂 Jeff I know this got old but you really infused new life into this old girl. Great work!!!
Well hell Jeff, you had that “Roosa-Master” fuel injection pump all scattered across your bench top (I thought to myself, that ain’t going back together correctly haha…), and that spool valve block “mishap”…, is the only foul-up you had…? Count your blessings…, Hahaha..! I shattered out the door glass on my cabbed tractor last night, because of my stupid inattentiveness…, mishap is only gonna cost me $775… “F-me”…! Jeff wins, Jeff wins, Jeff wins…! Wooo Whooo..! It has been a great video series, Thank you sir.
The paper mill I work at use to have a 15 Ton P&H neck breaker that someone added 1 inch plate hooks on the back so they could use a TD 15 International dozer to hold it down while changing a 1500 Hp refiner motor that was too far from the centerline! Scary stuff for the poor guy sitting under the boom!
G'day Jeff,, Cool vid ,thanks for sharing it with the faithful. The crane may need some refining but it's doing work already . Enjoy the "TRUCK SHOW" , You deserve a break. Looking forward to the upcoming work on the dozers. You should look the part in the lab coat ,no doubt the women will find you handsome in uniform . Respect....!
Withe the old D236thru the D 282 glow plug engines glow plug time depending on outside temp ya may have to preheat up to two min. Ya even have to glow plug them old puppys 30 seconds on a 90 degree day.. Back when the Farmall 460-560's were new i was a kid my thumb would almost turn BLUE preheating them .
I’d come and shake your hand at the truck show but it’s in Louisville. Someone that lives in Kentucky, rural area, any town/city over 60 thousand I am to old and slow for all the people and traffic. All the riots a couple years ago there has kept me away. Funny me and my girlfriend back in 1973 was robbed along with a friend and his girlfriend there. You have a good time and be careful.
Maybe contact Clint from C & C Equipment and he may have a contact for you to contact about the Rock Rake !! I have a feeling that he got one in for a client of his not long ago !! Goodluck with your search !!
You know that you don't have to drive very far if you need a bigger Rough Terrain crane. I have that 30 ton Grove that I bought and all it does is sit there in the yard. Lol...
There’s a salvage yard here in Bedford Indiana that is tore a bunch of them. Big trucks apart from the coal mines and queries dirt perfect has their information.
When I was watching your video where you're trying to find that serial number if you watch your video at exactly a minute and 30 seconds where you got your fingers on the frame right there there's like a 6 and 1 or 9 and 1 there's some numbers right there
I am thankful that You didn't show the Galion slew ring when You had the weight of the U dozer on it. The outburst from OSHA Oscar would have been incredible. It is good to see some of Your hard work paying out. Best Wishes to everyone at Anderson Construction.
At 2:22 it looks like there's two faint rivet holes amid that sanded area, maybe there was a small builder's or serial number plate riveted to the frame here that was removed at some point.
Hey Jeff, I don't care what anyone says. You're one of my favorite RUclipsrs. I'm looking forward to you getting back on your D9. Don't pay attention to the haters. It's your RUclips channel so you can do what you want to on it.
Hey Jeff if you need to find the serial number and you have a good idea where it is or was the police use a method called magna flux. Even if it’s been ground down, the numbers should come out you’ll have to remove the paint.
Mr. Anderson, just wondering if your 336 will pick up your u blade from the d9. Also wondering, how many times have you rebuilt kill dozer suspension. That
Think maybe removing that heavier 10 gauge wire effected the lifting counter weight balance? Jeeze Jeff, tsk, tsk, tsk. OSHA no no's galore. 😂😂 Winch brake not holding!! Woohoo at least one more Galion video. Keep em coming Jeff.
To find out where your serial number is on that id trying giving a call to winmill equipment in nh theyre the oldest ih dresser dealer in the country id think they be able to tell you where or find where for you
No Andersons were harmed in this video despite the predictions of keyboard crane operators in their moms basement
Never doubted that you would get her done. Now we can watch d-9 repair videos
That Mr. Griffy hat is awesome.😊
headlights, taillights, AND a window - you're spoiling us. 8-)
Great the Galion is officially fixed... Now time to pull an engine out of that D9
That’s funny when you said good thing those buckets are tough, I always cringe when my guys grabs buckets like that. We all do it but hopefully carefully..😅 you guys are awesome Jeff!
So now we wait for adjunct Professor Griffin. 😮😅😅😅
Happy Friday!!

2 crane videos today, Mr Jeff and Kurtis with Cutting Edge Engineering. Great rainy day video watching.
Every upcoming crane video I half expected that head to come off the engine to fix that miss. 😂 Jeff I know this got old but you really infused new life into this old girl. Great work!!!
I think i can see serial numbers stamped perpendicularly to the frame on the left edge of the zone you cleaned up. (1 inch left to the old weld)
Baad boy Jeff, breaking all the rules of nerds everywhere!
Great video bro it is proving to be right handy so far bro. Safe travels. Ken.
I swear, when you lifted that blade, everything on my side of the planet got a bit lighter, just a tad.
It’s good enough!…just tell everyone to be ready to run!

Nice job! That’s one heck of a gear there…
Never thought I’d need a crane, but now I know I need one. She’s handy
And a man carrier. Everybody needs their own hydraulically powered basket.

Jeff, cut an inspection hole at the bearing and weld or plug with a rubber plug.

There is a group of custom gear cutters in Indiana, if the gears are obsolete new ones can be cut. Just FYI

Thanks professor, btw my homework is going to be late again this week. 🤣😂
A 12 valve Cummins diesel might fit in that engine bay real nice. :)

Ingersoll
They are 2 of them for sell in North Carolina

Like a fat gal on the second floor
Jeff, check the inside of the frame for the serial number. Sometimes they stamp the inside
Watch Wes Work was at an auction where a Gallion Crane sold dirt cheap, I believe in Iowa
Hey Jeff if you need to find the serial number and you have a good idea where it is or was the police use a method called magna flux. Even if it’s been ground down, the numbers should come out you’ll have to remove the paint.

How do you know the limits of your Crane,,, you lift heavy things to test it !! Yup Jeff wins 👍
OSHA is a town in Wisconsin right?
When you gonna fix that exhaust leak?
Apparently Russians grease there turntable when they flip it over. It's well lubricated 😂🍻🇺🇸
Mr. Anderson, just wondering if your 336 will pick up your u blade from the d9. Also wondering, how many times have you rebuilt kill dozer suspension. That
Keep it close when in doubt
Are you interested in a "Riggers Handbook"?
Yes!
You realized it was to small of crane before you started the project?
Just think, Jeff, this all started with a fuel pump
That ol blade weighs 18000?
Jeff is the black long sleeve (with embroidered logo & pocket) no longer available on your website? Thx for the Friday night entertainment!!
Jefferson what’s the deal with the square body Chevy?

The D-9 engine surely won't weigh 18,000 lbs?
8500

Hurry up an lift that 9s motor please
I guess I’m too old to understand the armchair know-it-alls, we don’t have the luxury of a crane. We use a tree to do the same stuff
Good thing you put the front outriggers down otherwise you might have done a nose dive
Great video buddy thanks for sharing
Ever get that feeling after watching a video that someone's gonna get hurt ??
I was just wondering with all this talk about reparations .... did you ever get any residuals from the Matrix trilogu?
