I was lucky enough to buy a D60 Fun that was supposed to go to the Birmingham National Exhibition Center camper and motorhome show last year. The show was cancelled so it was a unit that the dealer had not tried to sell. I'd ordered another Dreamer model from a different dealer and he cheated me (enough of that). Our D60 isa bit upgraded - apart from the auto gearbox, which I'd love and it does not have. It's got the same Truma 6 combo.. very good. and some additions with the second set of beds under the electric bed - we take one out and use the second as a couch. And our garage has the aluminium lining and bike mountings which we have not used (yet) -ohh and the external shower (at the back by the right hand door)... very useful for washing the Labrador puppy off and getting sand off your feet. We've done 23 or so days since we were allowed to travel in the UK... Scottish North Coast 500 and then down to the most southern bits (Lands End) . It's been great. First campervan and we've learned a lot and enjoyed it immensely (as had the now 8 month old Labrador). Kitchen is adequate, you have to plan prep and so on but even on days where you want to stay inside you can cook very well. Fridge Freezer is amazing - huge and very efficient. We added a shower head holder into the bathroom... it seemed crazy that there was nothing. And some hanging lines in a couple of places... well little tweaks.
That bed going up and down gave me an idea. I don't know if it would work, but I think you could figure it out if it could or not. My idea is when the bed is up a trailer could fit into their. An actual trailer. And when you want to put the bed down you can put the trailer outside, a secure trailer where you can fit things that you want, and then be able to put the bed down and have a comfortable place to sleep. Would that work? I hope I'm telling this right. I pictured in my mind
Hello Janice Gilbert! Yes, I have seen some brands that has this kind of bed with a motorcycle in the back in there marketing. When you travel the motorcycle is under the bed and when you sleep you have it outside or the van. Thanks for watching and your comment
@@chrisborgmotorhome When the bed is up there is lots of room underneath - enough for a couple of bicycles (and we have the bike tie down bar in ours). Add a tow bar (as we did) and you have something solid you can attach things to. Even with the bed down you have a lot of storage underneath... we have outside chairs, table, barbecue etc plus room for a bed for our young Labrador - he sometimes sleeps there but sometimes just wants to lie in the most awkward place in front of the fridge / bathroom :)
It doesn't matter how nice this van is, if you want one you're going to have to wait a long time and put in a lot of work to achieve it. I rang every single agent in Spain and got no response from all of them. I have the funds available, but they are just not interested. A friend of mine also wants the D60 and, after being more patient than I am he actually got to speak to an agent who told him he would have to wait at least 12 months for delivery. I am now looking at other manufacturers.
Hello Daniel Posner! We have the same delivery time here in Sweden. That is because people can’t travel so they buy a camper van or a motorhome instead. Delivery problem due to the pandemic is also a factor. I think that problem is the same in hole of Europe. Thanks for watching and your comment

Well, the bathroom and bedroom ummm nop 😶 and the stove with the dishwasher together does not go. In Latin America we call it a dishwasher 😅because we do it manual we do not use machines to do this😊
