@@George-de6hd I doubt anyone who bought this thinks it's a rip-off or overpriced. As I explained in the video, it's one of the cheapest ways to get all the comics. Te paperbounds that are out are about the same price using cheaper paper and ink. They're both good products, but this Kickstarter was well worth it.
Have you ever bought an omnibus collection in your life? Most of the Marvel and DC omnibuses run on average $99.00-125.00. So four omnibuses on average would cost $400.00-$500.00. I paid $350 for my GI Joe set. I think that price is fair compared to the average cost of omnibuses over all. Far from being an "overpriced rip off." Oh, you found paperbacks collecting the comics for a lower price so that makes it a rip off? Because they aren't charging the same price for this collection as paperback books? You can't even possibly be serious and your comment is one of the dumbest troll attempts I have seen in a while.
@G.S.Holland I'd say, to the average person it SEEMS like a lot of money, but when you break down the value and add in your perspective comparing similar products, it's pretty good. I didn't feel there was any trolling, just an emotional response to being left out. Thanks for the backup!
It’s not just the books though. The rewards add to the value for no extra money. The cards, pins, bookmarks, art prints, patches, bonus reprints, etc, we’re all included in the price of the books (unless you added additional). Ripoff? Definitely not in my eyes.
