    Here's what we did yesterday...
    Day #8 - Thursday March 8, 2013
    Wake 8:15am
    Weigh myself -- 81.0k (182lbs)
    Drink a Large Glass of Grapefruit Juice. 8:45am
    Run 2 ½ miles. 9:15
    Eat 4 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of white toast (WITH BUTTER). Drink a Large Glass of Grapefruit Juice, a cup of Coffee with milk NO SUGAR. 10:15am
    Eat some Egg Noodles and Beef. 2:30pm
    50 Sit-Ups, 30 Push-Ups 3:00pm
    Eat some Peanut Butter with 1 Celery Stalk. 4:00pm
    Take a 20 min. nap. 4:10pm
    50 MORE Sit-Ups, 30 MORE Push-Ups 4:40pm
    Eat Chicken Cutlets with Whit Rice and Corn. 8:10pmDrink a
    Drink a Large glass of Grapefruit Juice. 10:00pm
    Bed 12:30am
