    Here's what we did yesterday...
    Day #9 - Saturday March 9, 2013
    Wake 7:55am
    Weigh myself -- 82.7k (186lbs)
    Run 2 ½ miles. 8:30
    Eat 3 scrambled eggs with sliced hot dogs, 2 slices of white toast (WITH BUTTER). 9:30am
    Drink one Large glass of Grapefruit Juice, and a cup of coffee with milk NO SUGAR. 940am
    Eat a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich. 12:30pm
    50 Sit-Ups, 30 Push-Ups 5:35pm
    Eat some salad and Roasted Chicken. 5:45pm
    Drink 2 "Sugar Free Red Bulls". 6:10pm
    Eat some Meat Lazagna. 7:45pm
    50 MORE Sit-Ups, 30 MORE Push-Ups 10:40pm
    Bed 3:00am (day light savings time)
