    Here's what we did yesterday...
    Day #10 - Sunday March 10, 2013
    Wake 10:45am
    Weigh myself -- 82.5k (181.5lbs)
    I drank small glass of Grapefruit Juice. 7:20am
    I ate 3 scrambled eggs. 7:40am
    Bench Press
    3 Sets -- 10 Reps 155lbs. 1:15pm
    Incline Press
    3 Sets -- 10 Reps 135lbs. 1:25pm
    Overhead "Military" Press
    3 Sets -- 10 Reps 90lbs. 1:33pm
    SQUATS
    3 Sets -- 10 Reps 70lbs. 1:40pm
    Eat some Chicken Salad with Celery. 1:55pm
    Eat a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich -- Drink a small Glass of Milk (2%). 2:10pm
    Take a 20 min nap. (4:15pm to 6:00pm -- I was really tired!!)
    Run 2 ½ miles. 6:15pm
    Eat some Chicken Salad. Drink a cup of Coffee with Milk NO SUGAR. 7:05pm
    Eat a Mozzarella Cheese Stick. 7:32pm
    50 Sit-Ups, 30 Push-Ups 7:35pm
    Eat some Macaroni Salad. 8:00pm
    50 MORE Sit-Ups, 30 MORE Push-Ups 9:40pm
    Drink a small glass of Grapefruit Juice. 10:00pm
    Drink a small glass of Cranberry Juice. 11:00pm
    Bed 11:30pm
