Here's what we did yesterday...
Day #11 - Monday March 11, 2013
Wake 7:00am
Weigh myself -- 82.0k (180.9lbs)
Eat 3 Scrambled Eggs, Drink a small Glass of Grapefruit Juice. 7:30am
Drink a cup of Coffee with Milk, NO SUGAR. 11:30am
Take a nap. 11:30 to 12:00noon
Drink a small Glass of Grapefruit Juice. 12:05pm
Eat some Peanut Butter with Celery. 1:05pm
Deink a coup of Coffee with Milk, NO SUGAR. 1:30pm
Eat a Banana. 2:15pm
Eat another 3 Scrambled Eggs this time with some Green & Red Peppers, two slices of White Toast with Butter. Drink a medium sized Glass of Orange Juice. 3:05pm
Run 2 ½ miles. 7:10pm
Eat some Pancakes with Bacon and Hash Browns. Drink a Large Glass of Orange Juice. 8:10pm
50 Sit-Ups, 30 Push-Ups 7:35pm
Drink a small glass of Grapefruit Juice. 8:00pm
50 MORE Sit-Ups, 30 MORE Push-Ups 11:05pm
Drink a small glass of Cranberry Juice. 11:15pm
Bed 11:30pm
