Funny enough, I just started working out this week. Literally everything in my upper torso hurt two days after the first day, but the second time I felt great afterwards lol
It shouldn’t hurt two days after. Stretch, drink proper amounts of water, sleep 8 hours, and DONT OVERTRAIN. Too many sets, ego lifting, etc are the worst types of mistakes to make for newbies. Work on proper form and control then worry about weight.
