I came across them when I was just starting my pre op diet....which I had to do for 6 weeks! dam near broke me haha Happy to report I got through it and had my gastric bypass on Fri 21st April 2017 at the Churchill in oxford. I think it's great you include other aspects of your life in your videos cause it all makes you the person you are, your not just a bariatric surgery patient. I watch your videos every night in fact you have become part of my nightly routine after night meds lol Your doing fab so keep up the good work and keep making videos! xx 😙

I can't watch ape films as I think it's going to happen and it scared me 😂😂 also can't do horror films I'm like you in husband works night's and I terrify myself 🤣 x
I'd be exactly the same if I'd of heard a dodgy noise as well lol u definitely need to change your route for a fee days though just to be on the safe side much love xx
