I was seeing you talking about the orange weapons here, but the strongest ones are not the purple or pink ones.
Orange weapons are the rarest weapons in the game but that doesn’t necessarily mean they are the best in their respective categories; in my opinion, there are numerous (perfect) purple rare tag weapons that tend to be more functional and user friendly. Standard or more common weapons (red name) are weaker by design but are 100% usable in most applications. 👍
Thank you very much friend for the information, I've seen red and purple, but this is the first time I've heard about orange. So it must be very rare, the rarest of the rare.
@@Letin35744 Correct, there are a total of 6 orange weapons: Slaughter (Handgun), Grim Reaper (Magnum), High Roller II (Machine Gun), Cerberus (Shotgun), Lindwurm (shotgun) and Zeroth (Rifle). These weapons were added to the 2017 version of Resident Evil Revelations (along with other things) and are extremely rare.

I need to get luckier with people I match on Xbox one 😂 over on 360 I was comfortably a carry on ghost ship, ran it so often I feel like I could do it blind, but on the one I genuinely struggle now for some reason. I could blame it on lack of mods, but that’d be cheap, it’s certainly a skill thing, for example the dodge timing on one compared to 360 is slightly different. Thousands of hours on the 360 just gotta relearn the one again, me and wanting to 100% every resident evil game in terms of achievements is biting me in the butt with this one, GS chaos is no joke either 😂
Unfortunately, raid mode on XBOX is not very active so your ability to find co-op partners is reduced. The differences between the 2013 and 2017 versions of are apparent with many new additions including enhanced frame rate; you’re probably just used to the XBOX 360’s timing and need to practice your dodging a little more on the current version. Nice dude! I’m still playing revelations raid mode, im orange tag, hundreds of hours, both ghost ships trinitied and just helped a guy get his first gluttony 5 and yet I’m still with out a grim reaper, thunder raptor or any orange weapon in matter of fact and I’m ALWAYS running 9 finders, I must just be the unluckiest player known to man lmao… pray for me please XD
Thank you very much! Your situation is very common; the RNG is brutal and players can go for hundreds of hours without dropping a perfect rare tag magnum or orange weapon. I typically use (and recommend using) 9 Rare Finders, maintaining the same weapon setup and simply rotate characters; however, players shouldn’t be afraid to experiment and drop their rare finder count to 6RF, 7RF or 8RF. 👍
@@KRYS9984 definitely, I mean I’ve got a few insane drops like multiple purple weapons with max slots, hydra short range + max slot purple, lindwurm purple, drake purple max slot, multiple purple high rollers max slots, purple muramasa long range max slot and countless others just nothing Im wanting at all like the TR, GR, SLEDGEHAMMER etc hahah, 9 finders is definitely the way to go but rotating characters? I’ll be honest I’ve got proberly around 400-550 hours in raid mode maybe even more across all the different gen games starting from the 3ds up to the Xbox one when you add up my hours and never knew that switching characters helps so I tend to just run lady hunk but maybe it’s time to try some others then I if so.
@@logantaylor3641 I used to exclusively run Lady Hunk as well; the drops were good and I would definitely come across perfect rare tag weapons. However, after I started branching out and adding new characters to my rotation, I began to see a difference in drop quality and frequency. Nothing in this game is set in stone so it doesn’t hurt to try new things; regarding character selection, the more popular ones tend to be Quint, Raymond, Rachael and Lady Hunk. 👍

i’ve been playing for 3 years, have 368 hours and no raptor, serpent or reaper yet 😫
Everybody’s experience in Revelations will be different and it’s not uncommon to go hundreds of hours without seeing a perfect rare tag magnum. You truly have to be patient, dedicated and willing to grind consecutively (long term) to see results.
@@KRYS9984 I know lol it just pains when you see people getting them at 100 hrs. I did get my second revelator today and a 7 slot muramasa so something’s working 😊

How do you get rare weapons to appear? I only get normal weapons and I have 9 rare finders equipped?
There is no secret as it’s purely luck based. I personally use 9 Rare Finders a majority of the time and maintain the same weapon set-up; I also pay attention to which characters are my strongest at dropping perfect rare tag weapons or potentially dropping the weapon(s) I’m looking for. 👍

Yes! I’ve been very fortunate with this particular weapon! I’m still looking for a second orange Lindwurm and will gladly take any rare tag weapons that come my way (in the process). 👍
