I was 10 when this movie came out and I read the book the same year just before seeing the movie. It’s an amazing movie and book. I love the soundtrack, this song is one of the best songs on it. Every now and then I rewatch it and it makes me so sad but still such a great movie. I also met David Paterson when he came to my school in fifth grade to talk to us. The book was based on his friend Lisa Hill that was struck by lightning at 8yo. His mom wrote the book. Such a fantastic movie with amazing actors too.
This song makes me think of a guy friend i have that has a crush on me and i feel the same way but he doesnt want to peruse it. Im not sure why but you just got to "Try" :)
