Right Now 2022, I still looking a ML CDI 280 of the 2008 is a great option is no matter it have 16 years old the Quality of Mercedes is the best!!
@pedromoronta5025 if you can fit the 2005 it's in a lower tax band BUT there about a extra £2500 to buy

Still it’s an unbelievable deal, great catch! I’ve searched all over Germany and I’ve never found one without massive damages with less than €5,000 for 2006+ MLs! The W164 found itself between classic and modern models has a lovely look with reliable engines!
It was such a great car for £1,000 and such a simple fix as well.
@@BarnClubCars there's no way u can find this car under 5000 euros if its functionnal , maybe 4000 BUT it will be a mess ,,,,,,, SORRY but im just not buying the fact you bought it for a 1000
Well I just found a 2008 body perfect paint perfect interior perfect back plastic number crumbling ,156,000 miles lower than dirt cheap,needs a good cleaning but not a bad lil people haler 😁👍

I have a 2000 ML270 cdi, outstanding in 4wd and by far the best towing vehicle I've owned to date, pretty good for 25 years old.
It was a great car, I regret selling it.
I saw a 320 this week on Gumtree...looked okay and was wondering why so cheap? Then I saw that the road tax was £740 a year.....
It’s crazy, they’re just taxing them off the road.
@BarnClubCars yeah but at some point I'm gonna buy a v6/v8 car...we need to keep them going for the next generation. My next step is begging my boss for more overtime to afford to buy/run the car....😒🙄😪

They are a fantastic car , I personally like them , I rather have a w163 than w164 less complicated .
I have a ml320 2006. Lovely condition. It's in Ireland and it's only 333euro to tax for the year. I'm selling for a friend. He wants 9500 for it. Is this too much money for it? Euros
I’m not sure what car prices are like in Ireland or things like mileage and history, but that 9,500 Euros is about £8,250.
That would make it the most expensive 2006 ml320 in the UK if it was for sale here.
I have just bought one just because it was cheap. But its a nice car. Too many cars in the fleet but will be a nice everyday runner

Hi Damien, They normally go on Facebook market place and Ebay. This one went at the start of this year which is a shame as I miss this car.

Thanks Ricky. Yeah fingers crossed, the abs sensor is here already so once it’s back on the road it’s time to tackle that interior 👍🏻
Is this 2010 model?
It’s a 2006 but they used this body style up to 2018. I think the last ones were the Mercedes GLE but it was really just a face lift of the 2005 w164

You purchased the wrong year! You should have purchased the ML350 2008 instead! 2006 has issues with the ballance shaft, and rack and pinion!
Find me a running and driving ml350 for £1000 and I’ll buy it

How Much Did Ya Have To Spend To Get It Reliable?
Changed the inlet y pipe with the mafs, an abs sensor and a service and it was good for a year until the turbo went. But it was on about 170k so not unreasonable to have to expect to change a turbo. It was a great car 👍🏻
