That's fantastic work getting the Fieseler Storch finished and flown! Excellent flight, landing, camerawork and video Boozers! Thumbs up! Best regards!
I have not seen a model Storch doing scale-like STOL and extreme slow flight yet. It looks to me like most are too heavily wing loaded due too heavy light-ply laser cut construction. The full scale Storch flew at 110mph and took off and landed in a very short space. I'll bet that Pat Tritle could design a very lightly loaded 60 inch wsp model Storch that would fly very scale-like on a small light but adequate brushless motor/prop and battery combination albeit in calm air. Congratulations on getting the BH version flying as well as you did.
Very nice Trimaiden. Looked like it was flying very well for you. I know you are pleased to have a successful result after all that work. Well Boozered!
Have you gotten it to slow down on the landings...Looks a little hot on landings? I just bought a 1/6 scale (93) inch Fieseler Storch kit. Its going to take a while to get it together. RC
That is just awesome. Above my expertise. I love to see big planes low and slow. Did you say this flight was December 22nd? A beautiful model. Great job. Great weather there.
Guys, I want to say this has been a great experience between Wesley and myself. Sometime frustrating, but always a challenge. In todays Modeling is the lack of challenge. I must ask you, are you really challenging yourself. Maybe its time to assemble something that takes more than four screws. This plane still does not fly like I want it too, still challenging. I hope this makes you think about your hobby and where you are going. Maybe your missing the challenge!

Wesley / Papa. That bad boy has presence in the air. Looks like full scale. Well done. 👍👍😊
One of my favourite planes.....Just epic! Thank you!
Awesome plane! The power-safe receiver came out just in time.
Cool, looked like the real thing!
can't beat that! Nice vid boozers!
Nice job. Congratulations!

Beautiful rollout and takeoff, smooth flight and Sweeeet landing Pilot Wes!
About time, well done, Jeff in LA USA
Persistence!
The storch is a unique plane do you have the slats operational.
Storch had fixed slats. Flew a real one.
They are fixed on this model

Nice maiden! What's the flying weight and wing loading?
It’s around 30 pounds
@Merry Boozer RC Thanks - any idea on the wing loading? Curious because that’s what would make it fly like the real one: a nice low wing loading 🙂
Well done guys. Your setup is very similar to mine. Where is your cg at? I had mine way too nose heavy at 115mm measured from LE of slats.
Fantastic work , beautiful model ,, I think gas powered would have add the purist touch , feel and reality !!!!
