Because your friends mobile not connected to internet so, in your friends mobile there messages still be there. When that mobile connects to internet, there also message get deleted.

Yes, because new version don't let you go back to old dates/months. You need to uninstall latest version and install 5-6 months older Whatsapp version then try, it'll definitely work.

Yes, if you synced your old number for backup then that number can be used to retrieve all your backups. Be cautious now and first go to backup account and change your old number to new number.

You can ON "disappear messages" so that it'll auto delete after 7 days from date of sent.

Everything was OK and I reached the point where I had to choose [[ Deleting For Everybody ]] but the message was deleted from my mobile and (( it wasn't deleted from the other mobile)) !!

Hi Mario sir, it's not a problem. This trick is blocked by Whatsapp developer team from the versions released after June 2019. But before Nov 2018 version this was working perfectly and messages getting deleted on other mobile too. In this video i used older version where this trick is not yet blocked by Whatsapp team.

You should install older app in offline mode i.e. with interest off. At first it'll ask you to restore older messages.(in case if you by mistake or any cleaner app deleted Whatsapp folder, then that's reason you can't see old messages in older version)

Red symbol is there because you performed in offline mode to delete message. Once you connect internet and click on "resend" then it'll work.

Try in little older Whatsapp version. It'll work. Uninstall present version and install older version in your mobile and do it without connecting to internet.

Hi prabandha, is your Whatsapp account synced to Google drive? If yes than you can get back those messages just by uninstalling and reinstalling the Whatsapp- when you reinstall, just restore from Google drive.

If you synced Whatsapp to Google drive and selected media backup also. Then you can resynchronize from Google drive and get back those. Or you can use wonder share Dr.Fone software to recover from file manager.
