Thank you! I forgot to mention that my 2011 EX is the 4 cylinders . I think it already have wiring harness to plug the flog light in. This video is helpful.
You would have to modify and change the factory wiring to get it to work like you want. Or you can simply install the switch and leave them turned on all the time. If you do that they will automatically come on when your headlights are on.
Disconnecting the battery is always a good thing. As far as the modification you have planned I have no idea. We have never tried what you are planning.
What other equipment do I need if I were to still install the kit on a LX by splicing through the parking lights. Also, would I need to disconnect the battery if I were to do that? Thanks in advance!
I have a 2012 accord LX, could I pull wires into the harness to add the circuit for the fog light to alter it to work with the OEM Switch? Or would I have to run it to a switch? I do a lot of controls electrical for industrial environments so I could probably figure it out at some point but if I could get some insight from someone who is knowledgeable about Honda's electrical system that would be very helpful! Thank you for any help that you may be able to provide.
Hey Guys, I have a question. I have a 2011 Honda accord EX and I don't have the holes on my front bumper to install fog lights. and I see on this video it had to be cut manually. Where can I get that done? Can I just go to my local Honda Dealer to get this kind of work done?
