+Wesley Newsome not a misplay cause he might have done the math. Its like if i have lethal with 1 fireball and i ping myself i made a missplay when in reality it just didnt matter. And before u tell me that there is no time to do such calculations if u have actually played patron warrior efficiently you calculate your burst dmg way before u actually play it and only make a few adjustments in your head depending on what changes on the board and your draws.
for those who compare miracle rogue with patron warrior: keep in mind that rogue could make an OTK without anything on the board (including the opponents board...) while thr frothing berserkers are only deadly on a board with many minions.
+Alex H You also have to keep in mind that rogue basically needed to get to the bottom of their decks for this to be accomplished whereas patron can do it any time once you reach 10 mana and _some_ of the right cards...
that was never the problem, since miracle rogue could cycle half of its deck almost within a single turn thanks to cheap spells (prep) and the auctioneer, which led to the nerf of the auctioneer.
Alex H Yeah, but relying on two cards to cycle your deck to get your single legendary combo enabler vs. only needing a few of those cards in the first place, grim patron wins. On top of that, miracle struggled with health, relied on having the coin, didn't have thaurissan (not really a fair point but w/e), was countered by any type of warrior which became quite popular just before and after the release of naxx, and lost much damage potential (at least 6 of a maximum 27) if there was a single taunt card in play with over 1 health, assuming you've used your preps which was usually the case for the purpose of drawing. Now, patron has many downsides to it as well don't get me wrong. But I think the point of the comparison is the fact that these are two decks that can dish out insane amounts of dmg without anything on the board.
the most disgusting thing in hearth is the waiting for animation or channeling to end ,half the video is waiting for this shit , if only they add option to skip all the bullshit and see the end result .
