    Hey Paul, to get the most out of your whiting, keep the heads and frames. They make the best stock for laksa soup. Cheers Chris

    Is that a portable fish cleaning bench on a old barrow ? With a ute box on top ?. Bloody awesome if it is . If it isn’t I’m going to make one

      Old mobile workshop toolbox with Teflon on top. Same idea. Works great to roll behind the shed. Cheers for the comment.

    I always cut mine into butterfly cutlets and leave tail on
