I don't know why War thunder players complaining about the BTR at 5.7 this thing does not have a stab, bad penetration about 65mm pen, and its a huge target.
Because in essence it's a more potent R3, it will cause a lot more headaches for Mains of nations without HMGs for selfdefense like germany, japan or native french vehicles. It's goint to be a lot more of getting outflanked, detracked, your barrel destroyed and then geting killed from the side. So, there you go, thats the reason.
@@FergusGalatian Historical accuracy would be awful. Imagine trying to play the T-55A and having to fight M1A1s and Challenger Mk3 every game, or a 75 Sherman fighting Tiger IIs
I'm actually really excited to see the BTR in game, partially because its by far one of my favorite APCs out there and I think it would be really interesting to see what gaijin does with the other BTR variants based on this chassis
