I think it does, the real challenge has been keeping it clean in between cooks. I recently traveled and it sat untouched for almost 4 weeks. The resulting condition is seen in the video. If you try it, let me know how it goes!
Hey, my Austin XL Onyx temperature is higher than what i set it to. Like if i set for 225 sometimes itll jump to 250-260 internal temp. I was wondering if you had this issue as well with yours?
Just got mine, and it would drop temp when I would open the lid to look to check during the initial burn off, but after I’d close the lid it would pick right back up to 450°. Maybe wanna return it or register it and ask them??
@AR7ificial627 yeah, I called CS and they said they would send me a new control board but that's been 1 month now. They said it was there busiest season but I can't even use my pit boss for any occasion. I already missed Fathers Day looks like I'll be missing 4th of July as well using this
@@SmplyAdam if you got it from Walmart, as long as you have a receipt you can exchange it. I work there but just put my 2 weeks in and snagged this grill on discount
