Thank you very much Mr. Binh Nguyen with the tips to lower the spare tire and added the correct spec pressure (60psi). The PRESSURE CONFIRMATION on all 5 tires (including the spare tire) would TURN OFF the TPMS light on the dash if the RESET tire pressure did not turn off the TPMS light! :)
Thanks.. I always play a sinaro in my head, just in case this ans that happens, what do I do? It just happened that I was thinking what if my wife van needs a tire change in middle of roads, how do I change the tire. Thanks for this video
@@TunerwithKids yeah one end is hooked into the spare tire and the other end comes out the side skirt for easy checking of the spare tire pressure. I though it was factory. Its a very clean installation
I didn't even think of it but guess there is a market for these on cars and trucks with underside spare tires. I found a $13 solution I might have to retrofit and do a video on. amzn.to/2TlESqv
Thanks for making this video! I tried to lower mine in my 2018 Sienna in order to check the PSI, but without jacking the car up, I could only fit one arm under the car to hold the spare tire up. I need the other arm to undo the clamp, but it wouldn't fit (I was lying on my back). The owner's manual shows a pic where the whole spare tire slides out from under the car with the wire still on, so removal of the clamp can be done from the side of the car, not under it. Did you find this possible? Is the wire really that long? I noticed you used a jack and jack stand. I didn't try the jack or to attempt to pull the tire out to the side with the wire still attached; instead I panicked and raised the tire back up. Also, thanks for the socket size and mentioning it is 5-sided. I wondered why the 23 mm 12-point I bought would not work. (It actually did work to lower it and raise it, but then I tried to tighten it more I guess and the socket slipped at that point. I then had to then use the original Toyota adapter socket they included to loosen the bolt first, then my 23 mm 12-point worked again. And the manual says not to use an impact wrench on the spare tire bolt--good thing I don't have one, lol.
Lol...it’s a 2x4 block of wood. Use the same size block for jack head, so I can distribute pressure to frame rail instead of the pinch welded seam. That seam will bend.
Where exactly in the 2011 Sienna is that hole where you put the rod? The video provides no guidance. It's just assumed that we can find it. I took everything out of the my van, pulled up the rug, still never found it.
@@TunerwithKids mi sienna 2011 awd. Also, i could not find where is, i pulled de cut and it doesnt have nothing, i saw down the car and i did not find too, i dont know if sienna awd its a condition

Thanks, huge help on getting to the spare tire and checking tire pressure.
Thanks for the video
Thanks for making this video!
Thank you very much !!!
Thanks so much tell me how to get my spare tire down!!! Your the best!!
Thanks for demonstrating how to get that spare down.
Didn’t even know I had a spare tire on my Sienna. Thought it was like my older Sienna I use to have with run flats and no spare tire.
Thanks man!
Thanks for sharing!
Do you think a full size spare tire would be too low to the ground...??
I think it should fit if you have one. Worth a shot if you can jack up and test an existing wheel.
THANKS FOR SHARING

My Sienna (2011) has a spare tire fill valve along the side skirt. I thought it was factory but I guess the po installed it.
Is it an extension hose?

It’s a long wire cable. You lower it all the way to relieve tension and slip the clamp thru hole.
@@TunerwithKids Awesome! Thanks so much! I am going to lower it this morning.
I saw you have a home-made adapter put on top of your jack stand. Can you show us how it works? Thx

Nice Job!
What kind of oil did you use to protect from aging?
The tire shine? Just meguairs endurance gel.
Why did they make the bolt 5 sided? Just to make us suffer?
Yea. Headscratcher to me. I can see so many losing that.

Passengers side right behind the passenger seat. Pull up the rug and theses a cutout with hole.

AWD doesn’t have a spare. They have run flat tires.

The AWD guys usually use an aftermarket spare that’s same diameter as stock.
Hey bro what brand are you using for that tire shine?
Meguiar’s Endurance. Been using it for 23 years, since my Honda car show days in HS. “Last for Weeks, Not days”
@@TunerwithKids Alright good to know, thanks for replying.
Wow did he seriously try to remove the tire from the bottom lol.
trial and error.
