Watching your videos give me confidence that my 2018 ranger xp 1000 will do just fine at hatfield&McCoy this august. What are your thoughts. I love the videos, keep em coming
Tim Hall is that why you’re here? Do you think we are cute? Bet you wish we actually were gay...Lmfao. No one is forcing you to watch, get a life and take your negativity elsewhere. I’m sure you are the best rider out there.
I have a 900 EPS 2” lift and 3” oversized tires and it is amazing. Handles easy with good visibility. We run ours on a muddy trail to a remote cabin we have. Tires make a big difference.
Get that guy some NEW TIRES, stock Buckhorns! Can-am's After market had issues! Where were you guys at? The guy on the Cycle doesn't play! Looks like lots of fun!! If ever in AR, lets ride!
Strix Can-Am makes some awesome machines, especially their newer ones now. Personally I like most the different machines, Can-am, polaris, Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha. They are all awesome.
S.T. ENTERTAINMENT thanks for the positive feedback. I’m stoked you enjoyed it and think the quality is good. It’s 1080P HD. I don’t film in 4K. What’s crazy is that the video prior to uploading to RUclips looks 10X better. RUclips heavily compressed it after upload and really decreases the quality. Wish I could upload it in its full glory. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!!
I am on the outside edge of being in the market for buying a new side by side. These videos are very very good. I really see the different abilities of each. I love the can am's and the Polaris's but i am scared of Polaris's reliability , on the other hand I really don't like the can am 4 wheel diff locker. seems to always not engage when you need it the most. Hope to see you guys run some Polaris Generals too!!
Hey Travis, I'm sure you'll love owning a SXS. Unfortunately none of the guys have bit the bullet on a Polaris general yet. I'm sure one will pop up soon though. As far a your reliability concerns go in regards to Polaris I would say that the lack of reliability is a myth still floating around from the early 2000's. I think that if you maintain and appropriately use a RZR they are super reliable. In the last 3 years I have had 2 RZR's and have put over 5000 trail miles on them combined. You see how we ride so you know I don't baby it. Not once has the RZR not gotten home under its own power. If you do silly modifications, ignore maintenance and abuse the heck out of any machine it will not be reliable. A lot of people don't realize how stressful of an environment these machines live in and get used in. These look like cars but they are not cars. An off road machine needs to be completely inspected after each use and if anything is not perfect it should be fixed immediately. A lot of the damage you often see is avoidable. Collateral damage from a $50 ball-joint failure can be in the thousands. However, if you maintain effectively then you avoid most part failures. This are maintenance intensive machines. You need to treat it like the high performance beast it is. Riders need to keep up on maintenance and routine inspections. Hope the videos help you mae a choice. I personally still recommend the Polaris RZR platform but I would say the Can-Am Maverick is a close second. As I have said over and over, the big deciding factor for me is the front drive setup. I don't like the Can-Am design for many reasons. Ask more questions if you like, there is a lot of well informed people leaving comments here that can help you out with a decision. Just make sure you are positive about what you want before you bite the bullet. The key factors to consider are how and where you ride.
Some of those UTV's looked like the front axles didn't have much pull because lack of weight in the front. Everybody could back up easily, but got stuck moving forward. I'd might try some type of counter weights in the front. Looks like y'all had a good time. Nothin like having fun in the mud.
Thanks man, means a lot to have people like you leave positive comments and support my videos for such a long time. Don't think I don't notice the guys that have been supporting me since the beginning. I'm glad the Channel is picking up steam finally. It's taken over 3 years to get here but its been a lot of fun and worth all of the effort. I hope things keep progressing positively into the future. I never expected things to take off like they did but I look forward to the channel growing even larger. Keep spreading the word!! ;)
I try not to focus too much on the numbers personally. I had no expectation when I first started this challenge. I feel super lucky and honoured to have developed such a large following over the years. You never know when things will take off, sometimes all it takes is one video. I think its a mix of luck and determination.
At 3:38 why did the front right tire stop spinning? Is the the shity viscolock system in action? And lol at the kid on the dirt bike making it look easy.
Can Am beasts!!! Love that v-twin sound!! Personally hate mud riding been to LBL in KY and it sucks, Colorado trails, now that will truly test your abilities as a rider. Have fun though guys.
I know in the land of Canoidia that things are different but the guy in the dirt bike is the only one letting the skinny pedal rip. Here in KY we climb actual hills way worse than this and when we dont make it we just back up further. idk maybe the editing just doesnt show it but watch videos of dtor. utvs will take alot more than yall on putting on them
AdrenalineJunkieProd I believe atv wins on performance..carries a bit more weight if need. it can get through smaller roads, streams, canals. looks like better balance, more control in suspension. just my opinion
The Can-Am uses a system called Visco-Lok, it is a pressure controlled hydraulic locker. It is a much more complex design than the Hilliard style differential found in the Polaris machines. I personally think the largest flaw of the Can-Am platform is their front differential. It does not always lock when you need it to and when it does lock it takes too long and is not always predictable. I believe Polaris has a much better front drive system as both front wheels always spin.
They are a nasty tire! Heavy as hell but when they grip nothing can stop them. I find the major problems with them are the insane weight and the fact they have such an aggressive tread pattern. They break A LOT of axles and everything attached to them if you are too heavy on the throttle. But when they work, they work great.
@ 12:40 when the commander was wedged & being pulled out, was that a regular tow rope or 1 of those Bubba Ropes?? I got to use 1 3-4 weeks ago, some random guy helped us out & he had it, that thing was really neat!!
I rented one a few times outside of Vegas they give u a gps and u can drive it right to the trails no trailer required nothing crazy like that just a Little Rock climbing and dunes still fun though but I can’t beat on a rental to bad lol
I've never ridden in the desert yet. Hopefully one day soon I can come down your way and do some riding. Kinda like you guys don't get snow, we don't get desert, lol. I know what ya mean about not being able to beat on a rental too hard, but like you said, it's still awesome! Hope you can get a machine of your own in the future, it's a great way to enjoy the outdoors and explore.
You guys need to invest in a Bubba rope. www.bubbarope.com/ It is a kinetic strap that works like a big elastic. Neither the tow vehicle nor the stuck vehicle ever get a hard hit. And the stuck vehicle normally comes out on the first tug. They make them for Atv and UTV as well as big trucks. Canadian Tire even sells a version for around $50 (It was made by King Cord). I have them in all my vehicles and they have always worked a miracle on the Trail!
Check out and Subscribe to our other Channel, Adrenaline Junkie Projects! There we focus mainly on accessory installs, maintenance, technical and shop stuff and review videos!
Ya, for rides like this we usually do. Depending on conditions. On beadlocks I run as low as 6PSI but usually I run 10. Without a beadlock I wouldnt go below 10-12PSI. If you are riding a mix of trail, mid speed and road I usually don't go below 10PSI. Also depends on your tires and machine.
Hey AdrenalineJunkieProd love your videos keep up the good content always enjoy your videos. I was also wondering if you were going to post a video for the easter weekend ride from this year i was in that video i was the young guy on the outlander and was just wondering if you were going to post that video any time soon. Thanks and keep up the amazaing content. P.S. Can Am always dominates haha jk they are all sick machines
Hey Noah! Thanks for the kind comments! I've been really busy lately and I'm about 6-8 months behind on editing. I will be posting all the footage I have including the stuff with you in it. Stay tuned! I'm working on catching up on some older footage. If I filmed it then it will eventually show up here. Its all based on how much spare time I have. Keep checking back and I'm sure you'll see yourself on here soon enough ;) Look forward to seeing you back out on the trails soon!
Ok its all good man i was just wondering. Thanks very much for putting me in it. And i always watch your videos, keep up the good work i will keep my eye out for the vid.
Had to stop watching this after seeing the goof ball in the Can Am not knowing which way to turn his wheel and more worried about what was going on around him than actually getting his machine unstuck. I do love the 3 wheel drive Can Ams...hahahahahaha
Amazing footage and bad ass camera , also I have to said that my 2017 bms 4x4 buggy with dif locks will do better than some of these called "Bad ASS"expensive machines. Embarrassing but true.
I'll accept that challenge, lol ;) ;) Glad you enjoyed the video man. Appreciate the positive feedback. At the end of the day it doesn't matter what you ride as long as you are out on the trails having a good time with friends. I'm not actually very brand biased even though a lot of people think I am a Polaris fan boy. I really like all of the various platforms and love seeing a variety of machines out on the trail.
It really depends who you ask. Personally I believe the Polaris RZR is still the best all around machine. I also think Polaris has the best warranty coverage. Polaris has the biggest aftermarket support as well. I'd say that Can-Am is not far behind, I believe the interior comfort and styling of the Can-Am is nicer. I also believe the Can-Am's are a little more expensive on parts are the dealership. I have also heard a lot of people complain that Can-Am does not stand behind their warranty as well as Polaris does, however, this also has a lot to do with your dealer and how they treat their customers. A lot of it comes down to personal preference. I think they are both great machines. I currently own a Polaris RZR, I have owned two RZR's. The Polaris RZR is the most popular by quite a large percentage when you look at sales. My biggest dislike in regards to the Can-Am machines is their front drive system. I believe Polaris has a much better four wheel drive system. Many people complain and say polaris is not as reliable and breaks more. Personally I have not had any serious issues and I am very hard on my machine. All of these machines require a lot of routine maintenance. I believe that if you maintain them well and keep them in good condition they are very reliable machines. You cannot let things wear out until they break and fail, you need to keep up on preventative maintenance. If you do so both the Can-Am and Polaris are very reliable. It is a hard question to answer. I personally usually recommend the Polaris RZR, however, that is my opinion. Others may disagree and say Can-Am is better. If you asked me to choose between a Can-Am SXS and a Polaris SXS I would choose Polaris.
Watch out what you read on forums. It should be taken with a grain of salt. I find that when people have a problem with something they cry and complain very loud, however, when they are happy they are out riding not writing comments on forums about how amazing a machine is. People often only ask questions when they have problems not when everything is OK. Keep in mind you will naturally find more complaints on Polaris, they sell nearly 10X the machines the competition does. They are by far the most popular machines, generally numbers like this speak for themselves. If Polaris had such bad build quality why would they outsell all the competition year after year? Every machine will have issue and every rider treats their machine differently while also using it in different terrain. Choose what you think will suit your driving style and driving conditions the best. I think that between Polaris and Can-Am both are a solid choice. Also remember that just because you read something online doesn't mean its 100% true, you don't even know if the people posting about Polaris or Can-Am problems even have a machine or are telling the whole story. People only tell you what they want you to know, especially when it is their fault something failed. I find people rather blame the machine than themselves which is why sometimes you will read so much negativity on a brand or a specific machine. These are just my opinions, however, I hope these responses help you decide which machine is right for you. Thanks again for watching and commenting. Let me know what machine you decide to purchase when you make up your mind.
Definitely no CF-Moto's on these trails, lol. Actually I recently drove a CF Motor Z-Force 800 and was impressed at its performance. I was expecting much worse. I'd love to give one a real trail test and see if it can hold up. Doubt CF-Moto would take me up on that offer though. I haven't seen any CF-Moto's around our area. Not even a CF Moto ATV.
you sir speak the truth, pretty much as heavy as they come. It's gotta be the heaviest tire out there in that size. That's half the reason they break so much parts. All the rotating mass is hard to stop!
Hey Lee, these trails are in Southern Ontario, about an hour outside of London. This is not an open trail system, all the trails are on private property and are not accessible to the public, unless you come out with our group.
Hey Jay, not yet. I'd love to see one out on the trail too. Hopefully one of the guys get one in the near future, I'd also love to see a Honda Pioneer and a Polaris General out here. The more variety of machines we get out, the more fun the ride tends to be. Its cool to see the various machines go head to head on the same trail. Its a great way to see all the pros and cons of the various platforms.
This is some older footage. I've fallen way behind on editing so you'll see a mix of older and newer footage. I should be getting some more new Yamaha YXZ footage by next weekend. We are planning a ride. Stay tuned, we have some cool Yamaha YXZ stress testing planned ;)
Thanks SXS4L, glad you enjoy most the videos. We do have a pretty solid crew, always a good time on the trail, even when things don't go exactly according to plan, lol. We have a lot of cool content in the works for the next few months. Stay tuned!
Damn! That Ranger was definitely holding its own.
Ya, the Ranger is way more capable than a lot of people give it credit for.
Watching your videos give me confidence that my 2018 ranger xp 1000 will do just fine at hatfield&McCoy this august. What are your thoughts. I love the videos, keep em coming
AdrenalineJunkie videos are the greatest of all.

from what i saw, looked like the ole Ranger had the least trouble. looked like it went anywhere the guy pointed it.
I have a 900 EPS 2” lift and 3” oversized tires and it is amazing. Handles easy with good visibility. We run ours on a muddy trail to a remote cabin we have. Tires make a big difference.

Thumbs up POLARIS for the Win!!

Greetings! Thanks for watching! I'm glad you enjoy the videos.
Go to Kentucky lbl (Land Between The Lakes) it's a great place generators allowed shores and other great things
CrazyWaffles1738 :3 I’d really love to get out there. It’s on the top of the list of places to go.
AdrenalineJunkieProd LBL is pretty good in Kentucky but Black Mountian in Harlan KY will separate the men from the boys 👍🏼
I like kawasaki, but it doesn't matter as long as everybody is riding and having a good time!
Trail Teryx couldn’t agree more. The most important part is to just get out and ride!
I'd go with the CRF any day but I do like the look of the RZR and the Yamaha are doing good work now
Мотовездеходы поларис с гусе матрицами

Well said, Kind of like gambling. Haha
Ya, it really is. Sometimes I joke around with my buddies and say playing on RUclips is similar to playing with stocks.
would love to get my old Farm worked John Deere Gator out there. It's not fast but, I have yet to get it stuck. been close a few times but, not yet.
Gators are fun too. Doesnt matter what you ride as long as you are out riding.
At 3:38 why did the front right tire stop spinning? Is the the shity viscolock system in action?
And lol at the kid on the dirt bike making it look easy.
Hey Genki Dama, you nailed it. That is waht Can-Am calls 4 wheel drive, Visco Lok, lol. Ya, the dirt bike makes all the obstacles look like a joke.
without words, very good video job well done !!!
Stoked you enjoyed the video!!
Awesome video a lot of great machines love the kawasaki
Thanks Rodney! Stoked you enjoyed the video man! Check out some of the new uploads too, got a good mix of machines in those also.

Thanks for subscribing man! Glad you are enjoying the videos!
you guys look like you have so much fun together!
Moto Mangi can’t think of a better way to spend my free time. Thanks for checking out the video! Hope you enjoyed it.
It seems to me that half the vehicles still have the crappy stock tires on instead of a more aggressive mud tire.
Can Am beasts!!! Love that v-twin sound!! Personally hate mud riding been to LBL in KY and it sucks, Colorado trails, now that will truly test your abilities as a rider. Have fun though guys.

I think the two dirtbike riders dominated
AdrenalineJunkieProd I believe atv wins on performance..carries a bit more weight if need. it can get through smaller roads, streams, canals. looks like better balance, more control in suspension. just my opinion
all those performance sporty machines struggling and the Ranger made it look boringly easy.lol
Suvan mas videos

Always a good time when you are out riding with friends!!
Lots of people lots of fun

Why do can ams front diff never lock? Always figured that's why Polaris always worked better in these muddy places
because can ams are pieces of overpriced canadian shit
+MidnightPolaris800 that why can am is higher quality m8😂

Those Bubba ropes are pretty cool! The one you saw in the video is just a regular tow strap I believe, nuthin fancy.
Love to see the ride...what a tripp!!!
37rod37 thanks man!! Glad you enjoyed the ride!
Bad ass can’t wait to get one

2:55 those tires are not great for that.. some GBC dirt commanders would have made it up no issues.
Hey Mike, I agree. The GBC Dirt Commanders are a great all around tire.
Looks like a great time!
Rzr needed better tires... they looked like Terrabites?

What size of tires is the maverick running at 11:38? When he's jerking the commander.
Do u guys lower the tires pressure?
Ya, for rides like this we usually do. Depending on conditions. On beadlocks I run as low as 6PSI but usually I run 10. Without a beadlock I wouldnt go below 10-12PSI. If you are riding a mix of trail, mid speed and road I usually don't go below 10PSI. Also depends on your tires and machine.

What happened to the highlifter rzr that was in the thumbnail? Don't think I saw that one in the video :(
Hmm, sometimes I mess up the thumbnails. I must of uploaded the wrong one. If you check out my other videos you'll see it in action.

Hey Cody, those are SuperATV Terminator's.
I seem to blow a lot of belts on my maverick any suggestions
There’s always got to be that one kid on a dirt bike lol
lol! Yup. Often they make the stuff look sooo easy too!
Commander guy needs to give Halo Lockers a call.
Had to stop watching this after seeing the goof ball in the Can Am not knowing which way to turn his wheel and more worried about what was going on around him than actually getting his machine unstuck. I do love the 3 wheel drive Can Ams...hahahahahaha

Has Anyone Tried the New 2018 CAN AM Maverick X-3 XMC With the Snorkel and Bigger Tires Yet?
4x4 usually* helps
*only with Polaris can-am it is just 4ish drive
Ouch, they hate it when you bring out the 3WD card ;)
+AdrenalineJunkieProd well it is true
why isnt it 4 wheel dirve
no matter how good these get they will never be as good as a dirtbike with a good rider.
I’m ready to ride luv the mud
Amazing footage and bad ass camera , also I have to said that my 2017 bms 4x4 buggy with dif locks will do better than some of these called "Bad ASS"expensive machines. Embarrassing but true.
I'll accept that challenge, lol ;) ;) Glad you enjoyed the video man. Appreciate the positive feedback. At the end of the day it doesn't matter what you ride as long as you are out on the trails having a good time with friends. I'm not actually very brand biased even though a lot of people think I am a Polaris fan boy. I really like all of the various platforms and love seeing a variety of machines out on the trail.
if you have to choice between Polaris and CanAm, which one is durable ,better quality?
Thank you.The reason because i ask is that i find many comments on forums against the build quality of Polaris .
RZR is dunes and trail stuff and Can AM is more dunes in my experience
Bikes make this trail look easy
Was that a red CFMOTO caught on film?
Definitely no CF-Moto's on these trails, lol. Actually I recently drove a CF Motor Z-Force 800 and was impressed at its performance. I was expecting much worse. I'd love to give one a real trail test and see if it can hold up. Doubt CF-Moto would take me up on that offer though. I haven't seen any CF-Moto's around our area. Not even a CF Moto ATV.
Chirping everyone
So much for 'Tread Lightly'....
where is this you guys are riding
good place to have a winch
Some people don't understand the idea of gunning it
5:38 black mamba tires....heavy ass tires.
you sir speak the truth, pretty much as heavy as they come. It's gotta be the heaviest tire out there in that size. That's half the reason they break so much parts. All the rotating mass is hard to stop!
where is this in Ontario? is it a open trail? hoping to by a UTV next year.
Hey Lee, these trails are in Southern Ontario, about an hour outside of London. This is not an open trail system, all the trails are on private property and are not accessible to the public, unless you come out with our group.
oh ok. thanks for responding back.
No problem, thanks for watching.
Anybody running Wolverine 700's out that way? I'd be curious to see how they perform in your trails.
Cool
Wow. Talk about a bunch of people who have no clue what they are doing. I've never seen such incompetent drivers/ridder's. Except for a couple.
MORE MONEY THAN BRAINS
aww where's the YXZ!?
This is some older footage. I've fallen way behind on editing so you'll see a mix of older and newer footage. I should be getting some more new Yamaha YXZ footage by next weekend. We are planning a ride. Stay tuned, we have some cool Yamaha YXZ stress testing planned ;)
Only the guys with mud tires were properly equipped
The two liners drive me crazy...
lol, sorry. Sometimes we can get a little silly on the trail, just a bunch of friends tryin to have a good time and bust chops.
AdrenalineJunkieProd : cool man, you guys have quite the crew there! Looks like a good group. Watch your vids all the time. Keep on keepin on...
Thanks SXS4L, glad you enjoy most the videos. We do have a pretty solid crew, always a good time on the trail, even when things don't go exactly according to plan, lol. We have a lot of cool content in the works for the next few months. Stay tuned!
Eso buggies a dónde se compran
Open differential? That sucks.
Bad idea to use your winch to pull someone out.
You can have over 100 acres and someone still has to stand in that path of a side by side.
