Pooja Jain, physiotherapist (women's health care , gynaecology and obstetrics ) इन सारे 4th Month Pregnancy Exercises का Demonstration भी करने वाली है।
    अभी हमारा ४था महीना शुरू हो गया है , पहले तीन महीने में जो miscarriage होने का risk ख़त्म होगया है , जी मचलना भी कम होगया है , खाने की इच्छा भी हो रही है , माँ की थकान कम हो गयी है अब वह स्पुर्तीला महसूस कर रही है उअके साथ ही साथ माँ का वजन अब बढ़ने वाला है और हमारे शरीर का खिचाव बढ़ने वाला है। इस दौरान डॉक्टर्स माओको active exercises करने की सलाह देते है। ये exercises हमे 30 मिनटेस से लेके 45 मिनटेस करने है।
    इन active exercises में आप ये exercises कर सकते हो।
    -Indoor Walking
    -Swimming
    -Low -Impact Aerobic
    अगर घर से बहार जानेकी इच्छा नहीं करेगी तो indoor walking कर सकते हो। इस वक्त पीठ दर्द की भी शिकायत हो सकती है तो lower back pain exercises during pregnancy कर सकते है।

    Mam my stomach gets upset after I started iron calcium in 4th month. This is my second pregnancy. I had same problem in my first pregnancy and it was problem of galstones which was detected after 2 months of delivery and after suffering lots of pain due to galstones

    You must told earlier in the video that this is not suitable for lower level placenta.. by the time everyone done with exercise then they get to know in last that this is not suitable.

    Thank you ma'am for your informative videos. I am in my 16th week now of my 1st pregnancy. I am doing only walking 4 times a day for 20min each. I have also been taking good sleep but I am all time low in energy and want to be on bed sleeping! How to overcome this and be active.

      Have a well-balanced diet full of whole grains, fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, and other fiber-rich foods.

      Cold during pregnancy should be managed like usual cold. Keep warm, avoid public places, warm gargles. The difficulty is that many illnesses start looking like cold but develop into something else so if fever and sore throat is bad or there is severe body ache or cough with difficulty breathing you should see a doctor urgently. Please don't self medicate in pregnancy as lots of medicines are not to be used

    Hello mam.....muze 6 th week par implementation bleeding hui thi proper treatment liya phir control ho gyi jab hi ....abhi mera 4th month (13 week)start ho gya h 5 September se ...kya m exercise kar skti hu

      Muze urine bahut frequent aa rha h 15-30 minutes m to kya ye normal hai ish time
