20:40 NRG is faster than all the planes in terms of top speed (you can reach almost 300 km/h when doing a wheelie on a long enough straight road, while planes all cap out at 270 km/h), but boats are even faster than bikes. If a boat touches the ground, while still being in water, it gets an insane speed boost (probably to help boats make jumps off ramps or something) and the limit to that speedboost is insanely high. Squalo is by far the fastest vehicle in the entire game. If you had infinite shallow water, you could get up to almost 1000 km/h, but even using vanilla map, you can reach a bit over 500 km/h on the beach south of LSA.
Speed, yes. But going to a place isn't. It would be faster if yoh can ignore the road and go straight to the marker than following the roads and slow down for turns

I haven't watched USJ before, do you need the NRG to make the jump to LV? I was wondering why you wouldn't keep the police bike since you get to skip the animations, and that would seem faster overall. (though i guess, probably, the NRG is just faster overall anyway though lol)
