I had to look this up earlier cuz I was also curious, the best method is to check the regular wonder pick that’s about to expire (usually at the bottom), set a timer for that time, when it expires there’s a chance for a bonus pick or chansey pick to appear, then keep repeating and you might be able to get it about every 30 min to an 1.5 hour like Gator said

About every hour, there’s a chance of it spawning, so it’s one of those “Check every so often” things 😅
