Sometimes checking the backside for whitening on the edges will explain the grade not always just saying sometimes I will check the back of the card before the front. It helps
Nice turnaround on the two 8's to 10's. Shows how squirrely the whole process of PSA is. Sucks they can't stay consistent when it's literally their only job.
They have humans who are subjective, they mention it on their scale, which most people don’t read. It seems the biggest issues that prevent 10’s and are less subjective are the amount of corner dings, and centering. It’s possible one person found a scratch on a holo pattern and the other dismissed it
Great return!!! I Just got back my first return from degree grading company and I got 3 10's and 2 9's. I was very happy with it, I will be trying psa for my more sketchy cards.
Damn how did that Pidgeot get a 6 lol. I was looking at my master set of Paldea Evovled the other night and was pretty disappointed tbh. I noticed that like 85% of my IRs and SIRs have very noticeable print lines like a 3x3 grid....SV quality control is dog shit apparently.
Congrats on the sweet regrades! Psa has definitely gotten more strict on the corners of the cards I've noticed. Sv era has notoriously bad corners being raised. Thats where they got me my last sub
No wrong way to send cards to get graded. Don't listen to the negative comments and your new to this. Best way I learned is just trial and error. Good luck in the future man.
