@@Sticklemako It's an indirect implication of saying that our trains are developing. Why are you so unhappy with our trains? Only about 20-25 countries in the entire world have trains running at or above 180kmph. All these countries are developed and India making a name in this list is indeed something to be proud of. Every project requires you to move slowly. You can't just directly jump from 120kmph to 400 kmph trains. Incremental progress is the key to proper development.
