      @@aspibilia front fender is a let which is not attached in the video, you can see black part where coupling is showing at the front of engine, that's where fender goes, it's like a hood of a car, it's not attached here because train will need to be shipped to yard for further testing using other engine where electricity lines are not available, that's why they kept it removed but in final version it'll be attached all the time

    EMUs are the Future !
    If IR wants to increase average speed then it should invest on more EMU tarinsets. EMU train sets for all premium trains like Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Jan Shatabdi, Duronto be introduced.

    this can run faster end to end only if there is dedicated corridor like bullet trains and without curves, with current infra, can match the speed only on patches.

      The maximum speed for broad gauge is 180kmph
      To get more than that, new set of tracks from scratch is needed. Just like bullet train (320-350kmph)
      Only thing IR can do is all new tracks being laid should be 180kmph supported ones for future proofing and all 110 should be upgraded to 160kmph

      160-180 is enough, it just needs to be consistent,
      Only premium trains like VB rajdhani shatabdi duronto gets preference, but due to those trains, other express trains have to sit aside in the loop line to give them way to overtake,
      They should focus on increasing the average speed, not just the top speed

    How to Calculate Train Speed? - it was 172,8 kmph or 173kmph from 2:00 to 2:08 and from 3:28 to 3:36. Not exactly 180kmph. Nevertheless good capture

      @@ensyncc 24m is not end to end length of 1 coach it excludes buffer, Total length is close to 390m and time taken was 7.8 seconds, you can export video and try in some video editor where milliseconds are also visible, 390m in 7.8 second is 180kmph

      New upgradade track supports 220kmph. And also mumbai-ahmedabad section upgraded fully. Just due to kavach installation. Vande Bharat running at 130kmph at that section. Once installation of kavach reach 100% only then we can see vande Bharat can be operational at 160kmph. You know our peaceful people who put stones on tracks which is very dangerous to train that operates at that speed. So even though tracks upgraded, trains will operate at max speed only when kavach fully installed on that area.

      Daily average 14 km track upgradation completion happening by Indian railway

    No, first Vande Bharat ke bhi trials at 180 par hie thae at the start of 2019.
    I am surprised ki log itna issue kyo bana rahe hain. Maza tab aata jab trial runs mei 187-190 touch kar lete.
    That would have meant ki kuch saal mei 200 bhi achieve ho jata.
    But sorry to say, no improvement in condition of tracks in last 10 years.
    Gatimaan and Talgo ke test trials bhi 180 par ho chuke hain 2015 and 2016.

      Semi high speed trains usually Runs Between 160 to 220 kmph , above That we can Call high speed train or bullet train 🚅
      And After The Track upgradation and Kavach Technology Installation , Vande Bharat Will Run At 180 kmph Everywhere in india
      It's will Take some Time to upgrade 1 lakh + km track to 220 kmph so that Our Trains Can Runs Easily At 180 kmph
      And our Government And Railway sets the target to achieve that till 2030

    Are bhai itna khush mat ho vande bharat ka bhi trial Kota Nagda section par 180kmph pe tha lekin kyu hua vande bharat sirf Delhi Agra par 160kmph pe chali baki route par 130kmph pat chal rahi hai. Kya Mumbai ahmedabad 160kmph compatible track ho gya? Delhi mumbai 160kmph pe track compatible ho gya? Jab ho jaye tab kuch badiya hai. Fare bhi bahut high nahi hone chaiye nahi vande sleeper ka bhi wahi haal hoga 16 waali coach 8 coach ki hogi aur 130kmph pe chalegi aur log Amrit bharat main baithenge.

    Train is capable of running at max speed of 180 Kmph but the corridors are not stable to run these types of trains, In reality it is like driving a Lamborghini in small lane, sadly this is the truth, we wish indian railways upgrade most of railway corridors to 160 Max atleast, to enjoy the benifits of these super trains

      No, first Vande Bharat ke bhi trials at 180 par hie thae at the start of 2019.
      I am surprised ki log itna issue kyo bana rahe hain. Maza tab aata jab trial runs mei 187-190 touch kar lete.
      That would have meant ki kuch saal mei 200 bhi achieve ho jata.
      But sorry to say, no improvement in condition of tracks in last 10 years.
      Gatimaan and Talgo ke test trials bhi 180 par ho chuke hain 2015 and 2016.

      @@Sticklemako It's an indirect implication of saying that our trains are developing. Why are you so unhappy with our trains? Only about 20-25 countries in the entire world have trains running at or above 180kmph. All these countries are developed and India making a name in this list is indeed something to be proud of. Every project requires you to move slowly. You can't just directly jump from 120kmph to 400 kmph trains. Incremental progress is the key to proper development.
