When that happens, Shun'ichi played a Wild Draw 4 and chooses the color (either red, green, or yellow). If that happens, when Chitose challenges Shun'ichi, he doesn't have a blue card. Chitose must draw 6 cards. Then after he played 4 draw 2s, he yells "UNO!" before hey played a 5th draw 2, whi h after that, he played a lst draw 2, causing Chitose's hands went up to 18.
