1:30 to 2:00 hmmm. a giant slab that can easily be pushed around by the wind like that, I would be tempted to say anchor the footing of the wall before disconnecting the crane. don't just anchor the temporary slanted braces and let gravity hold the base of the wall in place. other than that it does look like an interesting variation of sort-of-prefab made onsight Large Panel System building (LPS) construction, especially for places that large modules can't be transported to. I am a tad curious how that would put up with tornados or hurricanes and earthquakes, which may limit where it can be used. cool concept and CGI.

I would agree with your concern. In fact, my immediate thought was "why not use a C channel and place the wall structure into it. That way the C channel can be anchored to the foundation fully and then attached to the wall once errected.
That said (and obvious plug here) I like our light pre-fab wall structures that can be lifted in place without the need for a crane. We only do 20' wall heights (at the moment) but our walls come insulated and with a pre-formed cavity for conduit and mechanical. Oh, and did I mention they're fire resistant (up to 4 hours if required)! Emails with questions to bhorton at growing-green-communities dot com.

I would agree with your concern as well. I totally agree with you and Bob Horton as well.

These walls are very heavy and if the wind is low enough to life them with a crane it is not going to be strong enough to blow them over while they are anchored using the braces. They are attached to the footing very quickly.
