On the other hand H1Bs must have a Concurrent H1B, and I am not sure how one can get an H1B for referral income. Students are getting deported, and getting into a lot of trouble, I strongly suggest not to engage in earning any PASSIVE income, even if nothing happens today, you may get caught during your green card interview process. You're not technically making money into your account, and it is counted as volunteering. You can also circumvent this by automating most of the stuff with AI.
I usually like doing options (I know it's risky) while trading, but I don't see any way I can do it. It's been almost 3 years I came to US but I am still searching for proper way to do it in US/India. Suggest me the best possible way to do it.
