There is a difference between Research and Development or Applications. Research results in Inventions then comes Development and finally this is applied to various uses. All that is mentioned above is Application only. If I use air conditioners for plants when nobody has done it before ,it's does not mean I have invented something. The West has invented the majority of things and just by putting those things to different uses we claim that we have INVENTED something then there will NO APPRECIATION but only DISGUSTION.
