Yep, that is Jimmy Savile on the front of the box. Warm Start was made by Quaker Oats (UK) of Southall, Middx, with the rounded logo designed by Saul Bass.
Never did, it was made by Quaker Oats to try and compete with Lyons' Ready Brek, but poor sales led to the discontinuation of Warm Start in about 1984.
