    Dated from in or around Summer 1981 a lot of Irish & worldwide adverts in the clip too.

    Warm Start was a lovely porridge. Only lasted a year or two before being discontinued but it was much nicer than Ready Brek. But is that really Jimmy Savile on the front of the box?.

      Yep, that is Jimmy Savile on the front of the box. Warm Start was made by Quaker Oats (UK) of Southall, Middx, with the rounded logo designed by Saul Bass.

      Never did, it was made by Quaker Oats to try and compete with Lyons' Ready Brek, but poor sales led to the discontinuation of Warm Start in about 1984.
