So I'm currently applying for an RSA and needed this info, but i'm a little confused. The worker/The person providing the alcohol hypothetically sold an ADULT alcohol without knowing they would give it to a minor, or if the minor isn't there at the time and the buyer will give it to them eventually, the fine doesn't fall upon the worker does it? It falls onto the buyer/secondary supplier?
I mean legally you could be liable which is why you have to watch out for these things and take precautions if you suspect that an adult is purchasing alcohol for a minor. I think the chances of you actually getting in trouble in this scenario aren't very large but still.
