@Stacy McIntyre he must have deleted that video bc I can't find it. Thinking of returning this. My curls drop immediately even after pinning them up for 20 mins.
I've had this issue all my life... I've managed to get them to hold all day with the shark plus washing hair with shampoo only, and then using loreal thermo modelling spray or Lush salt spray before and after curling.
I use the highest heat and either the 2 or 3 for airflow, hold it close to the head until dry, then use the cool shot for 10 seconds after that. My curls stay in all day.
