Hi there. Stihl say one AP300 battery will do 560 sqm, do you have a view on how accurate that might be? I've 3 lawns, totaling about 400 sqm.

That sounds possible but I've noticed the battery doesn't last as long as the grass gets longer. So it might depend on how good you are at keeping on top of the mowing. The fast charger only takes just over 30 minutes for a full recharge though, so even if it runs out mid-cut, it's not a complete disaster. That said, I am considering a second battery so I don't have to wait.

@@GreenTubers hi, and thanks for that. I cut about every five days in the height of the season so its usually not too long. A mid cut coffee break doesn't sound too bad but i think i might opt for the double battery option just to be sure!

After how many charges does the battery lose capacity?

Does the battery come out easily? I have a Greenworks mower and the moment and I find it extremely hard to remove it. I am a 70 year old lady with a little bit of arthritis in my hands

My immediate reaction was to say 'yes, it's fine'. But given your situation, I'm going to revise that down to 'medium'. There's a little catch to depress to release the battery, which can then be pulled out. Sometimes it can be a bit stiff. My eldest (currently nine years old) manages fine though. The thing he struggles with more is getting the battery out of the charger. My recommendation would be to get to a shop and try it out. You don't want it to be stuck with a mower you can't use (even if it's rather a nice one!)

You rushed through the assembly so it's impossible to see the issue I have with assembling my lawn mower

Should be the single bolt in the middle?

Sorry to hijack, seeing as you have one... does it have a rear roller?

No rear roller on that model.

@@adamrogers7834 as far as I know, Stihl does not make a battery mower with a rear roller. They do have petrol mowers with a roller, though.

So, how cheaper is cheaper? How big/large is your lawn and how long did it take to mow your lawn? What is the batttery rating? How long does it take to charge and how long does it last per a full charge? otherwise the review makes no send. Facts and facts please
