- Becoming a professional ballet dancer! Happy Wednesday guys!! In today's video I share how I got my first professional ballet contract and the process into becoming a professional ballet dancer. I honestly remember this day so vividly. Becoming a professional ballet dancer was something I only dreamed of, and when it actually happened....I honestly couldn't believe it. Getting that first professional contract is SO DIFFICULT. It sometimes feels that it will never happen...but when it does....IT IS SO SWEET!!!
In this video I take you through what it was like in my first professional ballet company audition, I talk about how I was feeling, and my exact process and mindset when becoming a professional ballet dancer. I thought it would be fun to wrap up this ballet audition series with a good old story time video!!

Thanks for the support!! I had no idea how to do it either haha. So if you go to your channel and then click customize your channel, choose branding next to layout. Under your banner photo and profile picture, it will allow you to upload a watermark! Hope this helps😘

I’m a mom whose dancer is almost 18 and about to audition to be a trainee for a company. We just discovered your channel and are finding your videos extremely helpful. Were you ever a trainee and is this a pretty normal step before actually getting hired?

I’m 12 and I haven’t started pointe yet but once I do which will most likely be next year (studio policy) I really want to audition for a ballet school but I don’t know if I even have a chance because I’m not ballet skinny and I just haven’t started pointe but I want to try anyway
