Hi! I entered the document my PT signed, however there's nothing that shows in the status column! Is that normal? (I uploaded the document in summer time and am getting nervous nothing is in the status column)
Yes this is normal. You did not send off your observation hours to be verified since you uploaded an already signed document verifying that you completed your hours correct? As long as your upload is good to go, you should be just fine since you are not having your hours verified via email. Does this make sense?
@@PTAPPCO Yes, I did not send hours to be verified since I uploaded a signed document! Thank you for the confirmation!
If i decide to upload my verification by paper, will the therapist still receive an email needing to verify even though they signed off on it?
No, as long as the paper is signed you should be just fine!
What if I am currently working at the place? What should be my end date and total of hours? Would these go under "in progress"?
Great question, yes future hours would go under planned or in progress hours.
If I observed multiple therapists of different specialties in one facility could I enter them all as separate entries?
You definitiely could, especially if you have different supervising therapists who will be verifying your hours from each setting.
My Pt is having a hard time completing the verification of the observation hours I submitted to her. How can I help her navigate the status from accepted to completed. She says she checked that box and hit submit. Is there anything she might be forgetting?
For my supervisor's view, it always opens to a blank screen when they press start. Any idea why or how this may be fixed?
Interesting...have they tried opening the link in another browser or using a different device?
@@PTAPPCO I do not believe so. I'll suggest it to them and see if anything changes!
What if we have hours from multiple clinics?
You would create multiple observation hours verification requests.
@@PTAPPCOwhat if instead of it saying “add observation hours”, it says “I have reviewed this information” while I am trying to add a second location where I completed observation hours?
@@danforrester5937 I am not sure of what you are referring to. Where does it say that? You absolutely can add additional observation hour experiences, even after you submit your application. If you could provide me more detail that would be helpful, and if you cannot get to a solution I would reach out to PTCAS directly.
@@PTAPPCO on my account, i have added one location’s hours already. Now i am trying to add a second location, however instead of where it should say “add observation hours” It says “I have reviewed this information”
@@danforrester5937 Hey, super late but was wondering if you figured it out. Currently in the same situation and not sure what I'm doing wrong or missing :/
Thank you
