I'm quite familiar with the pattern having lived in Seattle and fished many of the Washington state rivers for winter steelhead. Lot a cold, wet winter drizzle, but an awesome fishery out there. I'll give it a tie and see how it works here in the far east.

No Sir. No wing applied. But it was on a jig hook.
