True. I have seen them live in London. And Yes amy had cracks and breaks in her voice singing live but hey thats what the beauty of it and we call No auto tune
This is true artistry. Singing live and just playing your instrument. No BS. Amy Lee, you are still my favorite even twenty years later.
I will say this to my dying day. Amy is the most complete female vocalist ever. The control. The power. The beautiful tone. She just gets better.
She is a once in a lifetime vocalist in a league of her own.
i would argue that Ann Wilson of Heart is probably one of the best but Amy is right up there!

That bridge in Take Cover should be listed as one of the best bridges of all time.
What about the bridge on Blind belief ! that song and far from heaven are tied for first place off of this album for me, blind belief the harmony and the rhythm of the guitar does something special for me , and I totally love it
I CANNOT testify enough how underrated The Bitter Truth is! People need to know about this masterpiece?! And Amy's vocals kicks ass in this performance!

The intro of Blind Belief, that trip-hop beat and this soundscape - that seems to have multiple layers gracefully detaching from each other in a rich mist.
I like the heaviness of Broken Pieces Shine, it's a good intro song. Maybe when they go on tour they'll start with Artifact/The Turn then go into it. That'll be good. Will is a very good drummer also.
Do you think that Amy Lee will sing Artifact/The Turn or she will appear for the first time on stage at the beginning of Broken Pieces Shine (I mean they will use auto tune like Lost Whispers)?
@@stefanosm8223 I'm not sure...but I do think Artifact/The Turn would be a good intro then go into Broken Pieces Shine, then maybe go into an older song like Going Under would be good(except for Jens backing vocals)...

For example, they can make a video that will show live shows from 1999 until now and then Broken Pieces Shine will start and the members of the band are showing up on stage
@@stefanosm8223 I don't think the band would actually do that, but if you could make something like that, I think it'd be cool...to me Fallen era was best, the stage outfits, photo shoots etc....even though there was troubles in the band at the time, Fallen will always be an era that stands out in my opinion...but they do have good moments in other eras too...what are your thoughts on Jen?

I don't know Jen very well. I only listen to their music and their live performances. She seems to be a very optimistic, smiley and happy person who loves the guitar playing! 🎸What do you think about her?

This is one of their best live performances. Of course, I think Amy always sounds amazing. last time I seen them live "The Open Door" Tour. they will still sick. and they still rocked it. Seeing them in St Louis in December and cant wait!

Yes he is , i love how he lets his playing Breath nothing is jammed together , there is air between every beat its refreshing and understandable. I do think he is a little heavy on the platter's
I am so happy with the idea that if I were capable of time travel, I'd be able to go back 20 years in the past to my 8 year old self and tell her her favorite band is still going strong and producing more and more music which keeps getting better and better, for the next two decades of her life.

Always love Amy, but who is the backup singer? Really cool looking "Rock chick" ..
Her name is Jen Majura, she has been guitarrist and backing vocalist in the band since 2015, the guy with dreadlocks Terry had to leave due to a health condition, so Amy invited Jen to join and has been incredible since she is very talented aswell, during the Synthesis album tour she played the theremin, played guitar and did all the backing vocals, she also plays bass and in one song she switches places with the bassist, him playing guitar and her the bass while playing the song "Say You Will".
What is the date of this performance? The evolution of this band and Amy is Blistering , Amazing!
Evanescence became a legendary band since 2003, this video was for 2020 in the Pandemic, after that Evanescence has taken several Tours and all have been Sold Out's, Evanescence is more alive every day and Amy is the heart of the band.
