  • In this episode I make an attempt to polish my alloy fuel tank, the tank was in a poor condition with pitting and has never been polished.
I only spent an hour working on the tank and was quite impressed with the results and I've now got a great base to continue polishing the tank to a high standard.

Peek is great, we use on beer taps etc as you need to polish once a week. The rest of time just a good run up does. Also it's stop water marks

It all depends what grade of alloy the tank is made of as aircraft grade does not polish up to a mirror like shine but is still shiny if you know what I mean.i have used white diamond alloy polish which I found to be good on wheels available on ebay..
