    My favorite techniques is "Take a Hit, Take Control'. First bait the defender into initiating a hit. Here the offensive player expects the hit and takes it in stride and maintains his balance while the defensive player may lose control as he lunges. This momentary loss of control by the defensive player is all the offensive player needs to step around the defense man or to execute a smart pass to a teamwork or to launch an unexpected shot.

    These are good dodges, kind of dodges, but they won't help really if you play d like that or play him that passive

      Alex D also in a real lacrosse situation your not gonna see defenders just letting you have access to the side of them or defending to the side. Of course they’re will be more defenders but usually defense wants to steer offense out of goalie zone
