Hi there. If the fan is turning and steam isn't getting sucked in, then that's going to be tricky to diagnose. I'd guess that either you don't have a good source of air flowing into the room like a vent register, or the bathroom vent duct is blocked somehow. Best of luck!

What if the motor is working fan is turning well but doesn't seem to suck any steam out of the bathroom everything was cleaned etc ...? 🤷♀️

If you pop the cover off, there should be a sticker with the serial number and model inside.
