Went hammock camping 2wks ago, lightest I've ever packed. No tarp, no sleeping bag, no chair. Took the bcb instead of gas, cos obviously no fire. Was awesome.
Hammock is the most comfortable option for me unless proper flat ground. In the summer there is nothing more breathable. Was very glad of the hammock on this camp and slept like a baby
Brilliant lads enjoyed watching that whilst laying here in my new tent next to a lake/pond, had the phone in the over head gear store was great being able to just lay back and watch hands free, never had a tent with one before , didn't know how good they are lol, you keep ya schnosle to ya self Ben 🤣🤣
Hi Ben I use the cloud peak. When it’s really hot (and I know it’s not gonna rain), I leave the cap off. Makes a big difference to the ventilation Cheers
Hey Tony, yeah I should have taken the flat cap off. Problem is I’ve tied mine in in two parts to stop it blowing away. Untying it would sap far too much energy 😆
I was camping in the Lakes last week and took my cheap USB fan that I plug into my computer. Just used my battery pack and it was great. Bit if airflow in the tent worked wonders. Probably would help with midges outside too.
Loved the chair off not seen ya he done before lol. My hubby and I were up in Scotland last week, our first night in a dd fl hammock with no tarp, it was the best thing since sliced bread. So want to get out there and do another 😆😆😆😆. What’s the exped ultra like ?
Cracking this, what it’s all about! Great

I’m loving it so far. Looking forward to trying it in some colder weather. I’ll probably do a full review on it after a couple more uses 👍
Was that a drone or did you stick the camera on Nathan's head? Great video 👍
Hi Ben just watched your video I really enjoyed watching where did you buy your camping chair from? Thanks
I _think_ it was from eBay (Xmas present so not 100% sure)
@@daleyoutdoors ok Ben thank you for replying I will check on ebay

Large campfire on a warm night? During a drought? 🤔
Yes, it kept the flies away and was in a dedicated stone built fire pit...
