Okay, I have made the most glaring error imaginable. A really good fan of the channel noted that I accidentally said "Starscream" instead of "Skywarp" FOR THE ENTIRE VIDEO, and he was absolutely right. When looking back at the comic for the video, I thought that Starscream was the one that appeared in the fights of issues 2 and 3, but I remembered later on that the Decepticon who fought Optimus in issue 3 gets wrecked for parts BY STARSCREAM AND SOUNDWAVE (the scene is literally in the video). I have no idea what brain fart caused that slip up, but I guess it's a testament to how little I know about Transformers. Hahaha!
I was never into the transformers or gi Jo but man was I just totally immersed in the story, the panel work is just so good and keeps you turning the page. Not to mention the story made me actually care about the autobots.
You do realize not all jet Decepticons are named Starscream right? The black and purple one is Skywarp. Or are their personalities not distinct enough to tell the difference?
WAIT OH MY GOD. You're right. That was a total mistake on my part. I knew they were different, since Skywarp gets destroyed by Starscream and Soundwave for parts after the fight in #3. But I thought the one that appeared in #2 and #3 was Starscream. Now that I remember, it's #7 where Starscream gets whacked, not #2. I guess I just couldn't tell the difference when looking back at the comic. Thanks for bringing this up! I'll clarify it in the pinned comment.
