I literally feel myself falling forward. These messages are quite brilliant. And, what a week of emotional cleansing, it's nice to get some support for going through and experiencing these strong emotional moments, that it's okay, and yes, male energy flowing out of me, rage, indignation, sadness, loss, all of it super intense, I was worried I was failing the whole ascension game.

As a white male, the work to release old archetypal energies is really challenging. It’s difficult to be around other men because hardly any of them resonate at these energetic frequencies. So I choose to radiate light regardless without much verbal engagement. It’s better for them to feel it anyway in hopes that it may trigger an awareness within themselves.
2:43 Each form and idea you encounter carries an Essence that transcends what is seen. A Divine blueprint is awaiting your discovery. As your awareness expands, these sacred blueprints manifest in ways that reflect your evolving understanding and inner growth.
This made me reorganise a few ideas.
Negative beliefs of those who are around us (family and society) become our negative beliefs through trauma. The painful emotions sustain the negative beliefs and shrink our awareness. The inner work is retrieving those repressed and denied painful emotions, bringing them to awareness, accepting them for what they are and then letting them go. To make the change effective, one must tell another human being about what has been discovered. If not materially possible, write it thinking of addressing a dear one.
This process expands our awareness again and elevates our level of consciousness, allowing us to enter 5D.
